I received a completely incorrect item…
I received a completely incorrect item that I did not order and they refused to send me the correct shoe that I actually ordered. My order had someone else's personal information and another stranger also now has my personal contact information and address. When I contacted customer service they told me that although it was their mistake, I need to arrange return of the incorrect product myself and they would withhold a refund until 1-2 weeks after it was received. So disgusting

returned a pair of £100 trainers had to get in touch numerous times about a refund to be told that the shoes was missing from the box and I wouldn’t be getting a refund iv never known a company to have such bad customer service
Never Again
I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes from Footlocker in August 2025. After 6 months the sole had started to detach from the shoe itself with normal use. I contacted the customer service team, who asked for photos of the issue. After providing these, they have still asked for the shoes to be returned to their Quality Department even though the defect is evident. No pair of shoes should have such a defect after 6 months. I have returned the shoes to Footlocker reluctantly (at my own inconvenience) and remain hopefully they will provide a refund, as they do not offer replacement.
Overall terrible customer service, I will never buy shoes from Footlocker again and will go directly to Hoka next time.

I purchased a pair of sneakers and requested an exchange to which I had to pay for a box and label to ship back to them for an even exchange because it was not accepted in store... it is now 3 weeks later, 3 phone calls and multiple chats I have not heard a PEEP of them receiving my order back or sending out the replacement. I finally got someone on the phone after a 36 minute wait, who did not speak clear english and she put me on hold for another 28 minutes to tell me i have to wait ANOTHER 7-10 business days for them to process, but that the warehouse received my exchange back over 2 weeks ago. They refused to send anything stating that in writing I had to "go by her word" and then she hung up. I am at a loss of money and patience.

I placed an online order and Ike was shipped to an old address that is no longer in my profile and every step of the way, to corporate read a script,saying that I’m sol and offered NO resolution!!!!! They have lost one of their last customers!!!!
Extremely unsatisfactory
This experience has been extremely unsatisfactory.
I sent clear photos of the item along with the dispatch note, yet it took several days and numerous back-and-forth emails for your team to locate the order number. During this time, no meaningful progress was made.
First email has been sent in 24th until today no solution.
Once the order was finally identified, my request was rejected without the item being properly inspected, based solely on photographs. I do not consider an assessment carried out only from images to be fair or reasonable.
Despite asking three times for information regarding your escalation process and how to contact management, my requests have been completely ignored.
As a result, I have no option but to escalate this matter externally. I will be contacting Citizens Advice and a consumer law advisor to pursue further action, as I believe my consumer rights have not been respected.
I expect a formal response and clear escalation details without further delay.
Avoid online shopping

Bought some trainers for my son that…
Bought some trainers for my son that didn't fit, came to exchange at Trafford centre store but they didn't have his size...I didn't have the original payment card as I closed that account ...they would not return my money and would only offer a gift card..the manager Liam and sales rep Noah were just not willing to help...especially Noah he was VERY VERY RUDE , I actually said that I need a solution and they were just not willing to do anything...such atrocious attitude and behaviour from them , I was left really angry and upset ...they have no sense of care for their customers at all!!!

Sent out a pair of trainers for Xmas....one was obviously not new, faded and not acceptable. Went 50 mile to return, shop ordered another pair online which never arrived. When asked for refund they said I had to return to shop for refund which I declined to do. They then gave me the runaround for a couple of weeks before their headoffice could refund. Never buying from them again

Eventually Footlocker did send me a refund for a missed delivery and whilst it took a bit of time, the customer service assistants on chatbox, phone, and online were all professional, responsive and tried their best to help so I appreciate this and would recommend Footlocker to others. Got my order later one shoe didn't fit I sent for an exchange when sent it said I will received my exchange in up to 2 weeks I called in repeatedly because there was no updates of where my exchange was nobody would give me information until it had been 2 weeks at 18 days they finally told me that my return was was received and had been sitting in the warehouse for 16 days without the exchange even being processed and that now that I called they would process my exchange my new I've called multiple times so now I will finally maybe be receiving my exchange in the maximum of 21 days they said that there would be a survey at the end of the call the representative would not hang up the call so I could take the survey she just stayed on the line and told me that a survey would be sent to me but they couldn't send it I will never do business with this place again and I advise everybody not to do business with them unless you're walking into their store because anything online will be nothing but problems

2 ruined order back to back
First order online for child shoes, they never shipped my order. I called 3 weeks later and told them the tracking number shows it was never even picked up by the carrier. The most they did was offer a refund because they said the shoe size was no longer available.. I don’t think they would have ever refunded me if I didn’t call, they would have just kept my money and hoped I forgot about them.
I gave them a second chance and tried againn.. this time they sent me shoes in an unmarked box (they were name brand) that were very clearly already used.
So DONE with FOOT LOCKER.

The footlocker store selling odd sized and faded shoes …
The footlocker store situated in The Base, Hamilton, New Zealand sold us a pair of black samba adidas trainers. We asked for a size 9 1/2 uk size. The staff member only asked which shoe we wanted to try, left or right. We tried the right which was ok so bought them.
When we got back and got the other shoe out it was a 7 1/2 both shoes were also made in different countries? Strange!
We had to take them back, the lady in the store was very rude asking if we’d bought them in their store, of course we had and had our receipt. When we bought them they did not do the usual size check most stores do. We had to then try another pair and another problem, one was faded as it was a display shoe, but all the shoes they had were display shoes. Finally we got a pair that were nearly the same but not exactly. No discount was offered. Very poor service. The male staff member was also rude saying “you stole our country” because we were English.

Money taken then they cancelled order with absolutely no reason given what so ever. Item still appears in online shop. Will not be ordering again from this company.
