Terrific Customer Service!!!!!…

Magnus in customer service is absolutely amazing. His attention to detail was outstanding. He was also kind, understanding and he answered my questions very quickly. This was the type of customer service you hope you will have and I will buy all my whitegoods from Gransbygden from now on. Five star service!!!!

First I was meant to believe that you…

First I was meant to believe that you would deliver between 1-3 working days! After I called you I was told that you would deliver either on 22nd or 23rd August …. When I didn’t hear anything I called you again on 26th August. I told your client-service that I was flying back to Amsterdam on Friday night 30th August. He promised me to make sure delivery would take place before 16.00 hrs on Friday 30th …. You guessed it already: NO SHOW again, afterwards I just got an SMS from Bring ( never heard of them …. ) that they would deliver on Monday 9th September !!!! Now I’m in Amsterdam already and had to make all kind of arrangements to make sure that there is somebody in our (fritids) house on Monday 9th September to make sure that you can deliver …. All in all a very disappointing experience with Gränsbygden !!!! You communication-lines are a disaster !!!!

I recommend this company without hesitation.

I did not know this company and felt a bit hesitant first, but the product was perfect and works perfectly, customer service is responsive and helpful, and their transport offers delivery home despite the fact I live in a very remote place; and the product was the cheapest amongst all the sites I have browsed (and I spent time doing that for all appliances in my kitchen).

I wish I knew them before and can recommend them without hesitation.

bad packaging, shipping and service

I ordered a stove from your website on February 7th, the order ID is 155408. Then after a long wait, I called you twice to urge you, and I didn’t receive the goods until today. The packaging is very simple, with nothing fixed except for two deformed foam pieces. But when I opened the package, there was no packaging on the stove inside. One corner of the cooktop was broken. I'm really pissed off with the packaging, shipping and service. The stove I had been waiting for for 22 days turned out to be such a broken thing.

Vi skickade er spishäll så fort den kom in i vårt lager. Tyvärr upkommer ibland transportskador men var väl medvetna om att vi alltid ger er ersättning/ersättningsprodukt ifall detta uppstår. I detta fall valde ni att få pengarna tillbaks då ni istället köpte en ny spishäll lokalt.
