NEVER BUYING AGAIN!

Never buying from this store again! Or at least dont ship with FedEx! Never got the record i've payed for! Fedex delivered my order in a wrong address and its been almost 3 mounths to get a part of my money back! Sent several mails to HHV support and they never replied me! I have used HHV for several years…

I have used HHV for several years now as someone who lives in the UK. They take much better care with packaging items than Vinyl Digital in Germany which is the main reason I shop with HHV, despite VD offering better / cheaper priced records. Like other reviews, it's true that HHV ignore emails when people point out issues and faults which they may not particularly like. I've experienced getting ignored more than once over the years, like my most recent email from 02/02/2026 which I have chased up again on 10/02/2026 for an answer regarding quality control issues with sleeves and releases I had purchased and paid for that were in stock at the time but appear to somehow be sold to other people, again, despite my very large order 17344-30309 already been paid for (I won't disclose the amount, HHV can see how much money I've spent on this order and others). Delivery is okay for the most part, I preferred UPS over Fedex until Fedex became compulsory for my purchases. My Recent Fedex delivery did have issues though. The driver claimed an attempted delivery and provided a picture of a random house (not mine), which is worrying when trusting someone with such a large and expensive order, I have the relevant Fedex complaint correspondence to corroborate this. I've given HHV three stars as they do for the most part try and correct things that go wrong but, I also can't ignore instances in the past where they have frustrated me beyond the point of resolution.

Delivery is consistently reliable and on time, which I appreciate. However, my main concern is the lack of proper follow-through on special requests sent via your service email. Each time I reach out, I receive an automated response stating that the inquiry will be addressed within three days, but I have yet to receive an actual reply from a customer support representative.
In one instance, Customs required additional information to proceed with the clearance of my shipment, but this was never addressed by HHV. I ultimately had to resolve the issue on my own to prevent the shipment from being declared abandoned.

Order Merge Issue

Last week, I placed an order for a vinyl record (Order 00735-85137, dated January 28, 2026) and intended to merge it with my earlier order (79272-38533, dated January 26, 2026). Unfortunately, the order-merging option did not work.

I contacted you immediately via e-mail and asked for assistance with merging the two orders, but I did not receive any response. I tried again three more times and also sent an email regarding this issue, but unfortunately I still did not receive any reply. I also tried to call you, but nobody answered the phone.

Despite my attempts, Order 00735-85137 was shipped separately. As a result, I now have to pay shipping costs twice. Since I made several efforts to resolve this issue in advance and the orders were not combined due to a technical problem beyond my control, I kindly asked for a refund of one of the shipping fees.

I would like to place additional vinyl orders, however, at the moment I am hesitant to make another purchase. I am concerned that the order-merging function may not work again, and that the vinyl records would be shipped separately, resulting in additional shipping costs that I would have to pay once more.
