bugy website, really slow in france servers.

I have tried contacting them several times because they disabled my Pro subscription even though I have the invoice to prove that payment was made. I initially received a response saying they were looking into it; that was 2 months ago. Since then, I have made repeated attempts to contact them, using both email and the chat feature on their website, but I have not received any response. My subscription is still disabled.
I have had to use another service for icons, which I'm sure I will not be compensated for.
I will not be using their service again after this experience, which is unfortunate, because I've been a Pro subscriber for many years.

I Don't Know why

Iconfinder is a fantastic platform for finding high-quality icons for any project. The interface is user-friendly, and the search functionality makes it easy to find exactly what you need. I appreciate the wide range of styles and formats available, along with the option to purchase affordable premium icons. Their licensing system is straightforward, and the customer support team is responsive and helpful. Highly recommended for designers and developers!

The best I have found for finding illustrations and Icons. Very happy with the service.

Of course this rule is well hidden somewhere: if you buy credits with your own money during a "free" trial that you activated, your credits will be removed when your trial ends.
I payed 10$ during my "free" trial and now my credits are gone.
Of course, the support took a very very long time to answer that this was "normal" and put out a rule written in some hidden page.

I was unable to remove my card kept giving me and error and they charged me. had to order card replacement

Tried to create a subscription 5 times in a row on this garbage scammer website just for a simple image. Wouldn't let me do it, since my "subscription was already created". So I tried to download the image, and even though I already had a subscription, they were asking me to create another one. I was so confused, but dumb enough to do it anyway. They keep telling me: "Subscription not created" and not letting me create the subcription. Do not, at any cost, give them your credit information. I think suicide would be more preferable. Would have gave -10/10 if I could, but the lowest is 1/5 sadly. Also, please do not write back like a desperate little lapdog telling me how sorry you are, no one cares about your scummy political responses. I am now going to cancel my card so I don't get charged.

P.S. there is a way to download their images without having to pay. Once you get to the page of the icon you want, right before it tells you to pay $2 or get their abnormally expensive subscription, put your mouse on top of the image you're trying to download, and click on Inspect (this will be right-click and then Inspect should show in the options). Then, find the snippet where it says img src=" ... and then open the link inside into a new tab (you can simply click on the link, that should do it). Then, you can save the image on your computer - completely yours, free from stupid charges, stupid customer service, and the stupid scammy website

I paid for over $100 worth of monthly subscriptions without using any icons. Then when I had to get a new credit card due to losing my old card my subscription accidentally did not renew. All of my saved credits therefore were lost. When I reached out to support they were not understanding and did not help me reinstate my credits.

COMPANY REVIEW

I previously paid for icons and illustrations on Iconfinder, but I decided to cancel the subscription since I don't need these resources regularly. Now that I want to use a few of the icons and illustrations I’ve already paid for, I’m disappointed to find that I have to subscribe again to access them. This seems unfair, as once you purchase something, you should retain the right to use it without having to pay again. I would not recommend Iconfinder based on this experience. I urge the company to adopt fairer business practices by allowing customers to access and use what they’ve already paid for, even after their subscription ends.
