Truly terrible experience. The physical notarized document took well over 4 days to even be put in the mail. They processed a "certified translation" which means nothing, very quickly. It took over 4 days to even get the "digital notarization," which also means nothing to the state. I am still waiting on the physical notarized document to be mailed out and it has been four days. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I have used ImmiTranslate for years and I am always very happy with their service. The turnaround is very quick and customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend this translation company.

I paid for a physical copy to be sent by mail, I needed it ASAP. Weeks later no copy had been sent, in fact the shipping had been cancelled. Complained about it, demanded money back. After many days they sent me a copy, no apology, no explanation despite paper being sent past the deadline I had. On top of all that I found the package was left in the snow drenched in water... couldn't get any worse.

Quick turn around, accurate translation and a great comfort to have this tool at my disposition for any immigration/USCIS dealings

BEWARE, they aren't reliable, their attention to detail is non existent, i sent to translate a degree for job purposes... Man! they sent me a very poor document that a child could be able to do without problem, the degree is not even centered, you can tell how lazy they're $ 25.00 is truly a rip off, Carlos Gonzales emails you right away to let you know he will take care of you but his work is plain bad, they're scammers BEWARE!

Amazing. Seriously. We are in a rush for a translation for an apostille. I chatted with the company for a moment asking about turnaround and they said "within 24 hours or sooner". We went ahead and uploaded our document and less than four hours later, we downloaded a perfect and official-looking translation. Really incredible service. Also ... totally reasonable pricing. Very much recommended!

A wonderful experience! The turnaround was fast. I submitted my document on a Saturday and had a translated document by the following Monday.
The translation was flawless, although if there were errors, I had a chance to review the document before finalization and notarization.
I will recommend and use ImmiTranslate again no doubt.

They provided a great translation of my vaccination record within one day. Even the handwritten sections were reproduced correctly. We found one small error and pointed it out during the revision process, so the final version needs to be approved by the client. We highly recommend immitranslate and would definitely choose them again.

The translation service was great. I have no problem with their translation work.

But they're NOT a translation service I will rely on again for immigration court translation needs, where deadlines apply.

When I contacted them last week to inquire about the status of my translation job, they told me it would be done in 2 hours. Twenty hours later, it still hadn't been completed and they had not followed up with me.

I contacted them again and they told me my job would be ready by that afternoon. Again, it wasn't, and they never bothered to follow up with me.

I contacted them for a third time, and again, they promised to follow up with the translator. They did, and I finally got my translations a few hours later.

But the translations I received had re-named file names and had descriptions of the source file they had translated. But the entire original document in the source file was in a foreign language and I couldn't tell what it was, so the source file description was useless. They could have just named the original file as the source document, but they didn't.

I contact them -- for the FOURTH time -- and asked them to correct this so that I could actually submit the proper translations with the proper corresponding source document. That was 2 days ago, and they have yet to follow up with me in spite of saying they would do as I had requested.

Immitranslate is a fine translation service IF YOU DON'T HAVE A DEADLINE. But if you do, I have found them to overpromise, underdeliver, and be -- overall -- very unprofessional. I was clearly unhappy and dissatisfied with their services, and they acknowledged their mistakes, but they never made an attempt to make the minimal effort of refunding me the fees I had paid for their services.

I won't be using them again and would only recommend their services if you don't have a deadline to meet.
