Bad service
I ordered an Advent calendar on November 17th. By December 1st, the package hadn't arrived, and I hadn't received any information about the delivery date. I contacted the website's customer service, and they said they couldn't do anything and that the package would arrive when it arrived. I didn't receive any attempt to contact the delivery service or an offer of compensation. The Advent calendar arrived too late, three weeks later, and was completely useless. I hope they improve their customer service and improve their relationship with the delivery service in the new year. And it should be a gift like a shaker, Instead, I received an offer of 10% off my next order, which was limited to one month. Considering this site's delivery issues, I don't intend to place any more orders, so this offer was completely irrelevant to me.
