One of the chairs was missing nuts and bolts and when we called customer service we were told they would be mailed. We are waiting for them, but we did get a follow up email with our case number.

However, Nicolas kept in touch with me and was I able to track the progress of the shipment. I placed my order on Tuesday, that were to arrive the following Wednesday. Much to my delight my order was in Spain on Friday.... Three day delivery. Now that is what I call excellent service
