Do not recommend MinuteMd

I’ve been with minutemd for a little over a year. I lost weight initially with the compounded tirzepatide, but have been stagnant for an entire year, which is questionable to the pharmacy they use and what they’re compounding it with.
I went to cancel my membership and they want to charge me another payment because of their sneaky terms.
Apparently, when you request a refill of medication you are agreeing to pay 3 more months of membership. It’s all in the fine print that nobody freaking reads.
Mind you, their membership is good for nothing. They don’t keep up with you or offer any more medical services (aside from paying for more meds).
I was under the impression that a membership is monthly and you can request refills as you need (within reason of needing a prescription). Nope, you are ultimately paying $1050 for medication that doesn’t work with who they’re choosing to compound with.
You can get cheaper elsewhere and pay per medication shipment with other companies. Don’t use MinuteMd that will overcharge you by a lot and trap you into sneaky terms.

I paid for my meds on the 19th and stop…

I paid for my meds on the 19th and stop haven't heard anything about tracking and all they keep saying is it's at the pharmacy and you will get a tracking number as soon as the shipper receives it. Well I'm sorry but the time I get it I'll be charged again and I don't want to be if it isn't gonna work out for me. It's sketchy when you can't any other answer than that. It's passing the buck is what it sounds like. I just want a refund because I can go elsewhere. Thanks

Scamming a Disabled Veteran!

They get you in and lock you in! I’m a disabled veteran and this medicine saved my life! So when the VA said they would include it in my coverage I switched. Wait, MinuteMD says you still owe us 1,047 dollars because I ordered on June tenth which was a day before my cancellation date of June 11th. Absolutely a scam! Check there address on google and it is a field near some garages. STAY FAR AWAY FROM MINUTEMD!

Do NOT waste your money; Go to a real doctor

This program is a scam. They advertise that the cost of the medication is approx $300 per month. On the invoice it says quantity - 1 vial and the price is listed $348. Well because that 1 vial lasts 3 months (because the medication is titrated up weekly) you get charged $348 each month for 3 months. So infact the invoice should read quantity 1 vial, cost $1044. There is more - I emailed to inform my care team that I was billed for thyroid meds and I didnt receive them. I was told that I was not billed for thyroid medication. I believed Lori. Well, come to find out I was billed...for 6 months. For an additional 6 months after the after the first shipment I was billed and I never received any medication. I asked the care team months before if they were billing me because I never received a refill. I was told no. I was actually being billed for months without receiving medication. So beware and always check your bank statements. Moreover, the care team is very rude and unhelpful. I was told by Jessica that I could not receive all of my money back because some of the transactions were more than 6 months ago. Well how is this legal? Especially, if I emailed and asked months ago and I was given false information and told that I was not being billed. Basically this company billed me over $2000. without sending me any medication. Once you start the medication no one checks in with you to ask how you are doing. Your initial labs are not discussed with you. Thank goodness Im a doctor and understand the results. Noone even orders you repeat A1c after 3 months if your initial one is elevated. If weight loss is your goal, they dont even check in to see if you are losing weight. Basically, they have a medication and they dispense it for money. They even get your money without dispensing it. So you get my drift...they should call the company moneymd.
If you want to try this medication, book an appointment with a real physician because the medication is not benign, you need actually care and oversight while taking this medication.

they charged my card 349.00 but never sent any product

I had to put one star or I couldn’t review This company had my debit card number and charged my account 349.00 AFTER I told them through email and their website that I did not want to renew their product because it did not work for me. They sent me an email saying they’d received my request and would let their a cou ting dept know. They still charged my account BUT did not send any product. When we questioned them they told us they couldn’t refund because they had charged it off.
So not only did their product not work they took my money, 349.00 and did not send any product. So they made out really well, me ? I lost 349.00 and they continued to give me the round around to the point where it’s useless to continue

I wanted to give negative stars

I wanted to give negative stars. Let me save you some heartache. I tried to cancel my subscription meds were not working for me. Well they cancelled they never sent the product however they did take the 370 out of my account. When I called they basically told me they were within their rights. So no product and no money. Alayna Mysliwski and Greg Parsons were the “customer support” that I delt with. I have since gone to Moichi and a much better experience. DO NOT GO MINUTE MD

I started weight loss journey with…

I started weight loss journey with WebMD. Initially service was fine but I had to wait 4 months for 2nd dosage when the 1st shipment contained a 1 month supply. I still stuck with them but when it took even longer to receive 3rd dose I felt I’d been scammed. Mind you, I was paying the monthly fee and while the medication worked, they never gave me enough to last as long as they claimed it should have lasted. Their CS is terrible. I switched to Zeuss and what a difference! I don’t have to beg for 2nd dose. They send it automatically. WebMD NEVER did that. Stay clear of WebMD

I do not recommend due to lack of communication

The sign up process was easy enough but it was taking entirely too long to get started. I requested a cancellation with a refund for the labs, which I understand. I asked if we could bill my insurance for the labs and they didn’t even acknowledge that I asked about that. I felt like their lack of communication was a huge problem and I don’t feel like being jerked around and waiting fan extended period of time to get this process going. I do not recommend.

Minute MD has been a godsend!

Minute MD has been a godsend. The staff is so communicative and professional, and always helps me in a timely fashion. I know many people who pay more for their medication than I do with Minute MD, and my friends are always surprised at the great savings I receive at Minute MD. Can't recommend them enough!

Trying to get started but communication…

Trying to get started but communication so far seems horrible. I did a chat over 18 hours ago and no response. The seem to just review one thing a day if your lucky. I would rather just get a refund and start elsewhere. I feel like if this is how it’s starting I would rather go elsewhere
