Non responsible staff
Yesterday,I asked for Lycamobile simcard and paid 100 Krone but instantly the staff gave me top up credit,I told them I asked for Simcard, not top up but they did mistake and didn't take responsibility,I think they do not notice to customer' request.They are non responsible for their mistakes and unfortunately do not take customer'request seriously.They are non reliably for their tasks.

There is a woman (or man) with short white hair who displays very racist behavior toward people who are not white with blonde hair and blue eyes. I have friends, neighbours and acquaintances who have had a very difficult time with her because she speaks to certain people in a cold, phlegmatic, and disrespectful way.
She is also aggressive. There is another man who behaves the same way, they both work there as something like boutique managers or supervisors. They seem to have a “higher” status than regular workers, which is probably why they feel entitled to treat others poorly.
Unfortunately, Netto’s customer service has done nothing to address this situation, despite the way these individuals behave toward customers. Shame on netto!!!

I was so annoyed by the mess and the wrong price tags that I frequently experience. But as I started using the app and the self-checkout, it really works for me.
It is cheap, even though the big discounts are never there (I shop in the evening). So it works for me.

I got ticket twice from Europark. Its like they are waiting someone to park in front of Netto Gadehavegårdsvej and give them ticket, Its like they are hunting!
First time timezone changed so they gave ticket beacuse Park one device didn't updated itself, Second time battery died while I was in Netto. Both time I contacted Euro Park but I had to pay. Now I hardly shop from Netto. I would reather go to place where I don't have to worry about parking.
One price on the shelf...another at checkout.
Netto are so aggressively increasing their prices (or price gouging their customers to use another term) that more often than is acceptable you will find one price on the shelf and another when you go to pay for the item. I've raised this before and they've not bothered to reply to me, I can only assume by their silence that they're happy to continue with this practice.
It's funny how it never works the other way around, I have never experienced taking an item to the checkout and seen a lower price. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Garbage supermarket. If I had the time, I would see to it that they would get fined for this.
Tired of bad service
I'm so sad that I feel I have to write about this, because I actually used to like to come and shop in Netto. But not just lately, but the last few years I see that the service is getting worse and inacceptable! Especially with some(!) of the (but unfortunately a lot of them) young employees. So you leave feeling disrespected and angry, and as if they have no respect for you as a person or a customer what so ever. That makes you not want to come there anymore, which I won't of course. But it shouldn't be like that. I would like to see a change, where ALL OF THE STAFF, every employee, prioritize SERVICE for the costumers. Otherwise what is the point in working in a supermarked, especially by the counter? So I think it is up to the leaders to educate and hire the right people, so they have a better store.
I got a parking ticket when parking on…
I got a parking ticket when parking on the parking lot outside Netto Hadsundvej Aalborg. This is a very disappointing treatment of customers. Where I'm from and in the civilised world as a whole one can park the car outside the shop when shopping, without getting this treatment. I will never set my foot in a Netto supermarked again.
During my recent visit to Netto
During my recent visit to Netto, I was unjustly accused by one of the cashiers of attempting to steal items. Despite having made a legitimate purchase at another store prior to entering Netto, I was interrogated and asked to show my receipt and the contents of my bag. This accusation left me feeling embarrassed and frustrated, as I had done nothing wrong. The incident highlighted a lack of trust and respect towards customers, tarnishing my perception of the store.

The stores are always messy, the staff is the worst, they pick up just any kid and they hang around like if they own the place, the prices are not that low, and there is a lot of rotten food.

Feeling aggressed in a store
Jeg vil skrive på engelsk, så alle har mulighed for at forstå.
At arround 20 09 on Thursday evening, the 14th of December 2022, in the Netto Halv Tolv, I tried to return some bottles in order to buy some produce with the pant receipt.
I started to put the pant in and the machine stopped, as it happens sometimes, but no problem there.
It took the employees a lot of time to restart the machine, but that also happens at a late hour in the end of a day. After pressing the button twice, the guard guaranteed me that someone is coming to empty the device, but it already felt as there was a bad tone, and people were looking a bit weird at me, in the sense that I am disturbing them by asking them to do their job. I heard someone in the back taking care of the pant and I waited.
The wait was long, of about 5-10 min and nothing happened. The machine did not start, and my impression is that the person forgot to turn it on (I presumed), yet again, that happens. Therefore I proceeded to press the button twice more to announce the issue. All of a suddon the manager or floor manager came angry, saying that the machine will be resolved soon, as if I disturbed for calling the button. When I asked what soon was, he said angrily and with an attitude, that soon means between 20 to 30 min. I told them very upset that 30 min is not soon, especially in a cold hallway in a winter day.
I felt absolutely disrespected, especially by the manager/ floor manager, that instead of being kind and saying nothing, maybe even answering with a smile that he would look into what is happening, he started to have an attitude where I felt threatened, and I was forced to act out in order to defend my right.
I told the manager very strict that I will take the rest of the pant and the money for the bottle receipt that was previously started and that I will go and shop in another place....I repeat, I said that directly and firmly and he could see I was angry. They talked amongst each other something in their naive language (yet again something very rude)....and guess what:1 min after, the machine started again. Of
course, I left and did my shopping somewhere else.
As I could well see, someone forgot to start the machine... as I expected, and that would be no issue, all would have been ok if the attitude was service oriented. The issue is that I felt threatened by the floor manager and the other employees. This is by no means the first time, in that Netto there is always an aggressive energy amongst the employees sadly.
Is this how a Netto in Christianshavn is managed and the people you employ are allowed to act? I do live in Christianshavn myself, and love the other shops around here for their lovely employees, even low cost shops like yours. Either your employees are tired and exhausted, in which case, please help them out, or not the right people for the job. In their favor, I saw the floor manager in other days, working hard all the time and I admire him for his work ethic, but there is no need to be angry or ever take it out on your customers, no matter what.
I would very much like an answer to my enquiery, in regards to why this happened. I will not return to shop in that Netto, because now I feel a bad taste about what happened and I am actually scared. Please be more kind and help your employees be more happy, and if that is not the case, then please offer them hospitality courses, so that they can act in favour of your clients.

For some reason theres always expired produce on the shelves, one time I saw chicken expired for 3 days, and another time yoghurt expired for like a day and I didn't notice until the self-checkout. It was discounted and the scanning worked for the original bar code but didn't work for the discounted bar code and the lady told me she can't sell me this, its expired. OK? How about hire some competent people there who do produce check to make sure nothing is sold expired? If I would've just used the original barcode on self-checkout without bothering, I could've gotten myself an expired product. Apparently, you can't trust them.
The store I think is very messy and you can never find something. Badly stocked as well. The staff there is not very friendly and just very awkward in general. Thats why I prefer to do self-checkout but sometimes I still need to ask for their help. The only good thing about this store is that its open until 24 pm.
