Be careful wat you order with them.
I have bought spot lampe the package is for 4 peceis. they send me 2 peceis. In the package shows there is 4 peceis spot lampe. When contact them they say you order only 2 peceis not 2 package. In the hompage picture show ther is 4 lampe .so it is cheating. So I recommend to not buy enything from them. If you call them they don't answering phone. all the time ther is excused.

I placed an order expecting delivery within 2-3 business days, but after two weeks with no update, I had to reach out to the company myself. They informed me that there had been a packaging issue and that the order should arrive in two days—yet no one apologized for the delay. It makes me wonder, if I hadn’t contacted them, would I still be waiting? While we are satisfied with the product itself, the service was disappointing.

I received my order on time, without delays and well packed. No items were missing and everything was in good condition.

The quality of the product was very good (I bought Oak Pendel, Decentraliser Hook and Roset Til 2 Lamper) and easy to install.

Colors were as described on the website, and a success match into our living room for the dining table.

I will definitely purchase more items with this store for my next DIY project.

Very satisfied with the lamps I ordered! Two pendels - they both look great and are with the expected quality.
The delivery arrived very quick.

Quality of the lamps were fine but there were no instructions on assembly which was extremely hard. They didn't know how to make a lamp really. I ordered 5 same lamps and each lamp came with different many parts for assembly without any instructions. Online search was not helpful as it was not the exact same lamp and not the same parts. We spend full day to somehow assemble them which will work, but simply the design is shit and not thought through. They could give an assembly tool at least to be able to connect some parts together and put same necessary parts for each lamp. They put random parts in each box and mone the same.

Delayed delivery and terrible service attitude!
When I placed the order and received the order confirmation, it says expected delivery in 6 working days.
After 6 working days, I hear nothing about my order, so I wrote to customer service to ask about it and only got an irritating response.
First, they claim it's 6 working days, not 6 days. Yes, I know, and it has passed 6 working days. They don't seem to know how to count working days.
Second, they claim it's "expected" delivery time, so "a little delay" can happen.
Not even the slightest expression of apology for the delay, only trying to find excuses and educate their customer for obvious things.
Terrible service experience.

I ordered four lamps which were supposed to arrive within 3-5 business days, however it took more than a week for the lamps to show up... And when they showed up, one of the lamps was clearly used and had visible marks of wear and tear — it even came in a different box.

I returned all four lamps, and three weeks later I am still awaiting my refund. I have emailed them, but they only reply once every week, so now it's a waiting game.

I will never, ever, ever shop there again.
