Review summary

Based on reviews, created with AI

Most reviewers were somewhat happy with their experience overall. People appreciate the availability of lounges in international locations, with some considering them a pleasant experience, especially when they offer good food, beverages, and comfortable environments. However, opinions diverge significantly regarding the location, service, facilities, and quality of lounges. Consumers report that some lounges are very clean, comfortable, and staffed with attentive personnel, while others are disappointing and not up to par with expectations. A common concern among reviewers is the cost. Many feel that the fees are too high, especially considering the limited access and overcrowding issues at certain locations. Consumers also report being turned away due to capacity limits or restrictions during peak hours, leading to frustration and a sense of wasted money. A few reviewers mention a decline in quality over the years, with reduced accessibility and inconsistent amenities.

This has never been a premium product…

This has never been a premium product but it was at least worthwhile to have families be able to access with you. Now that you can’t it’s definitely not worth it. They went from guests and extra cardholders to nothing without paying way too much. Could have at least offered so many visits per year for authorized users. Or something. Really disappointing like others have said. The food and amenities aren’t even that great but it was fun to let your kids have a glass of soda and a cookie.

we cannot afford lounges when travelling, so the two free passes we get each year are a real treat and we appreciate it. The lounges are so good occasionally we have paid for the convenience of the lounge as opposed to sitting outside for hours

Having been a Priorty Pass member for many years, the word Priority needs to be removed because many times now I have not been able to access a lounge due to them being busy. The problem is that many holiday operators are offering lounge access with their packages along with pre bookings. To pre book you have to pay so why pay an annual fee with Priority pass.

Well done Priority Pass.

Well done Priority Pass.
I almost always fly out of Manchester in the UK.
For the three most recent attempts, I have not been able to gain entry to either the Escape Lounge or the Aspire Lounge. I had only just renewed my Priority Pass, so understandably I was very annoyed. I rang PP to complain and see if they would refund my payment of £229, but not expecting any joy.
However, the agent I spoke to was very understanding and explained that PP knew that there were problems at Manchester due to one of the terminals closing to most passengers and consequently these passengers now trying to use Terminal 2, resulting in massive demand on the lounges.
Result? I was fully refunded my annual fee and received it back into my bank account within three days.
Thank you, Priority Pass.

Not fit for purpose.

unfortunately most lounges have turned me away as they are too busy, therefore this has been a waste of money. I have tried to cancel the card twice, after the card was auto renewed nearly 2 months in advance of expiry, I have only had an auto message both time, the card is still active and I have not received a refund. I want a refund and for the card to be cancelled and have struggled to find a way to do this.

Priority pass thank you for your prompt reply and I appreciate you sorting this out for me, however I do not use social media, I did try and contact you on FB however your message section is not working, can you provide another way to contact you, as this is getting very frustrating and so far has not changed my views.
Thanks again for the quick response, I have completed the form you have suggested twice previously and as stated earlier your message process on FB continues not to work, not allowing me to send a message. I have sent a third cancel request form today can you please review and take the required action. I am now looking at other providers so recommendations from trust pilot reviewers will be valued.

Marginally useful for solo travelers

I want to like priority pass, but the wait times at lounges like the Club at SFO are painful. Also, I dont like that VentureX no longer has PP access for add-on card holders. PP is most useful when traveling with family on vacations and if I can only use it by paying a hefty fee, then I'd rather not use it. When I'm traveling solo, I'm usually traveling for business and I dont need a lounge card as I can expense my food and beverage.

You solicited this review. Wow, I can see that most people are not satisfaied with Priority Pass on Trust Pilot and your anemic responses sound like you could care less. You need to fix access, quality of lounges, and quality of food. We know you do not manage the lounges, but you do get compensated for the Priority Pass program, so you really need to step up and deliver a "great" product - which you are not doing. In many cases the terminal food and seating is better than the lounges - if we can even get access to the lounges at all.
