I received a gift voucher

I received a gift voucher - could not find any experience that interested me but the company does not offer refunds. So I decided to just gift it to someone. The ‘experience’ that mildly interested them was almost double the price they had just paid cash. This is a rubbish gift, never buy one. Have not been able to redeem it for anything worthwhile. Just a huge rip off. And don’t offer the 14 day refund on vouchers because I wanted a cash refund which you refuse to do. I can’t ask for a refund on a voucher that I didn’t buy because I can’t find an experience I actually want to do in a location that I can actually access.

The boat drivers was so funny

The boat drivers was so funny, made it great. I wouldnt bring young kids on this. We had a girl about 10, and she cried and screamed so much we had to turn around. The driver handled it well

Check Red Balloon Voucher Conditions before purchase

I was given a $100 gift voucher for my 70th birthday. I had a bit of a look around for what to use it for. Signed up with Red Balloon to get emails and offers. Saw some activities I might be interested in that were on special. When I tried to book I find out I can’t use my voucher with any activity that is discounted. I can’t understand how a gift card for $100 that costs $100 can’t be used for that amount if the item is on a discount. I think the card was purchased from Office Works, I just looked on their website and there is no mention of this condition. My advice is if you want to give someone an experience give them cash not a RedBalloon voucher.
