I’m a 82 yo dinosaur with websites but, this company came to my rescue via an employee Adelaide Fletcher , this great ambassador for this company did all the donkey work making the ordering and purchase of a beautiful runner an easy and a pleasurable experience , what a truly lovely helpful and caring company to use with outstanding support for people like myself

Picked a couple of samples to choose the best one for my hallway. Happy with the quality of the runner and mats. Nicely finished, lays flat, pretty good delivery. Would use again.

Not worth the money, poor quality and lightweight - would not buy from these again.

Ordered a runner from this company and paid next day delivery for this. They later emailed me stating the last one in stock was damaged and there were no others, how would I like to proceed. I’ve had no correspondence from them in over 2 weeks now despite emailing and enquiring to them and doesn’t look like I’ll be receiving the purchased item

Great company, Great product. Would use again

Received my rug quickly and everything is fine BUT why on earth do they roll their rugs with the good side rolled up inside the roll. My rug has a strong gel/rubber backing which means the rug is quite stiff so on unpacking it, it was totally curled up the wrong way and is like a cylinder which is impossible to straighten. I’ve had to reverse the way it’s rolled and tie it up with string to hopefully achieve a rug that will lie flat . A totally ridiculous way to pack rugs . Just roll them up with the good side on the outside of the roll so that it lies flat to the floor when it’s straightened out .

Lovely runner bought for my newly decorated hallway. Doesn’t slip at all. I love it

Worst company ever!

Called them to advise the runner they sent is all freayed and the design is all miss aligned and they asked for pictures - they were sent and was advised I would get a refund and not to bother sending back just discard which we done.

Now as they got a charge back they sent emails etc etc but have not bothered with me since.

Shocking customer service will never be back...

Rating them 2 stars because they use DHL as courier.

DHL have never delivered a parcel in their entire companies existence.

Stop using DHL to fulfill your deliveries.

Firstly I didn’t get confirmation email so called and they explained PayPal issue but found my order and put it through. Came quickly. Once received I felt I had ordered too wide so called and explained I wanted a narrower size and had a fitter booked for 2 days time. They sent me returns instructions. I phoned with returns code and they sent the new one out immediately. I received the next day. Looks great now laid. Good quality and true to pic. Bought the 13 stair gripper and underlay pack too. Everything needed. Excellent service.

Ordered a runner for hallway and the quality is superb. Bouncy, soft and at first thought expensive when buying but when receiving was worth every penny. Delivered on time, kept me informed. Well done rugrun. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent company to deal with. I couldn't have asked for better support from Customer Services, shoutout to Joe. I ordered from Spain and had it delivered to a friend in the UK. It arrives next week, can't wait.

Unfortunately not a great experience at all.
First paid for fast delivery to then be told the aisle runner they had was damaged and wouldn't be sent to the following week.
I did eventually recieve it but it was delivered bent in half and as there is no protective roll inside it was damaged on arrival. I emailed them straight away along with photos but no response. I then received an email the next asking me for a review so I emailed again. Their response was they knew nothing about any damage and hadnt had the email ( despite that email containing the chain of emails including the one about the damage) I responded and pointed that out- again no response. We are now roughly a month later. Still no response.
When rolling out the aisle runner the damage feom it being bent in half was evident as all along the middle wasn't flat and was all crumpled up and it looked terrible . As soon as the protective film came off it was even more obvious and as soon as anyone walked on it from the wedding it was covered in footprints that can't be cleaned off. I buy alot of aisle runners and for almost £300 this was worse than the disposable cheap £60 aisle runners from amazon. This could only be used more than once if a) it wasn't bent on delivery but more importantly it could only be used again for more than one wedding if every single guest took their shoes off. If you're looking for a mega expensive disposable aisle runner and appaling non existant customer care then look no further runrug is the place to go.

Blown away with this store!
I've been looking for hall runners for over 2 years for my 3 way hall. One requires a small runner, one medium and one long. No store can accommodate unless outrageously priced custom lengths are ordered, even then options are terrible. I have a rescue bird, getting on in years, who needs frequent cleaning after, though he tries to be good. So I wanted something where cleaned spots blend in well. runrug.com WHERE have you been all my life?
I usually choose wool but carpet wash machines don't do well with wool, Shark even say 'not suitable for wool' on their machines. So I went for synthetic as I've had before and it looked beautiful and washed well. runrug had many options at varying prices. I chose a good name brand which was more expensive than similar choices they offer. Cost more than the wool I usually buy. I can understand why with the quality. On the store images the rugs looked great but was the size options which really amazed me. The 3 sizes I chose (out of dozens of options) were on my floor in less than 3 business days AND looked exactly as they do on store images. No photoshopped messing about with images - what you see is what you get! I've already done a few spot cleans and you cannot tell at all with the pattern & the material with lovely cosy pile to sink my feet into. Feels just like wool, in fact better!
I hope runrug.com is around for many many more years.

I am over the moon with the hall runner and door mats ordered from Runrug. Delivery was super fast and the rugs are beautiful. Great quality matched by great service, and with a discount too. Would thoroughly recommend this company.

The runner sold as a wedding aisle runner has stains that will not come out & a hole after 1 use! Totally not fit for purpose. A very expensive mistake. Runner cleaned twice as advised by company but still stained - not hard wearing at all.

I was unable to qualify for the SALE FIVE or TAKEFIVE discount so emailed in to runrug. Joe Broomfield responded saying he couldn’t either! Is this deliberate on run rugs behalf ? Advertising discounts that don’t go through ? So Joe applied discounts for me . Great I thought . However I was charged £15 delivery for 3 samples . Runrugs policy on Trustpilot says free shipping worldwide. A previous sample I ordered shipped for free so I don’t understand why I had to pay shipping this time. Very disappointed with the charging structures of runrug which seem to change when discounts are advertised.
