I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from SHEIN. I placed my order weeks ago and have yet to receive my package. What makes this situation even worse is the complete lack of communication and transparency. I have reached out multiple times trying to get a clear update, and each time I’m given vague responses or redirected without any real answers. It feels like I’m being given the runaround instead of actual help.
There have been no meaningful shipping updates, no clear explanation for the delay, and no accountability. As a paying customer, I expect timely delivery and at the very least honest, consistent communication. Instead, I’ve had to chase down information about an order I already paid for.
Customer service should make issues easier to resolve, not more frustrating. This experience has made me question whether I’ll ever order from SHEIN again. I would strongly encourage the company to improve its customer service response time, provide accurate tracking updates, and treat customers’ concerns with urgency and respect.
I ordered and put my trust into this company for a very important day, MY BIRTHDAY, and they are about to ruin it due to not shipping my items on time even though I paid extra for express shipping. Very disappointing experience overall.

Purchase never Received Beware
I ordered a large purchase and it was never delivered to me and they refused to refund money or contact carrier. I provided proof and just kept receiving same messages over and over. I was a big customer but no more orders for me . I don’t like companies who don’t stand behind their orders. If I could give below 1 star , I would.

This company sells total rubbish. There was not a single pleasing article in my whole order containing over a dozen different products, with multiple units of the same items.
There terrible items only add to polluting our earth, bringing no joy or purpose whatsoever. I have tried Shein on three occasions, always with the same result. They also make returning articles so difficult that most people would just give up and throw the useless articles in the bin.

My debit card was hacked and so my bank company says to contact Shane and good luck getting any help with them because they don't act like they're going to help you. You know within minutes all this happened and I immediately I was on the ball. I give him all my information and they just say oh we'll look into it. You know I'm starting to think maybe they're the ones that stole something from me because I've never heard of the company until today because of my card got hacked and it showed where company made the transaction. I would definitely avoid these people, especially if you can't get a hold of a customer service agent on the phone and today's day and age. It's worth us. So the lady just says oh yeah I'll have my company look into it. Like really I'm reporting fraudulent charges that were made you know and they have all these things on there like to cancel and order. Well obviously I didn't make the order ends to top it off. I had to make an account with these people just to contact them which is beyond ridiculous. You know change your policies. If I was anybody in that read this or boy these people at all cost like gold to Amazon. Go somewhere else where you been there. At least get your money back, you know and my stuff I don't even know cuz they're just kind of weird like you're going to have somebody look into it. I mean I gave you all my information. Surely you could pull up in your computer right then and there and see that. Oh okay this was bought with my card or whatever you know. Cancel that stuff right there but no I had to keep asking and finally the lady whoever if that's the real lady I'm talking to says oh we'll take your email. Okay. Well gee thanks for that. I feel so much better now. But I do find out he stole my money. I don't care. I'm going to go to prison for it because I'm going to make sure that person pays the ultimate price. What are you still $180 from you or a couple of dollars from me? I'm going to pay you back

I just recently used this company after a family member sent a link for special purchase deal which was not honored.My 1st order was received with no problem. I ordered again and it was split into 2 shipments, which I never received. Checked account and claims packages were delivered.
I notified company that they were indeed not received and they message me back to say they won't give any refund because they claim they were delivered. We live in a rural area and my neighbors and I have never had any packages taken off of our porches. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR DELIVERY SERVICE.

Stay clear - poor customer service
I received the wrong item and told to send it back for a refund. So I did. They now refused to refund me saying I have sent the wrong item. Very bad customer service. I've spent days trying to sort this and customer service just send an automated message then cut me off.

I placed a large order, when it arrived the box was open. I took a photo & contacted customer services to advise & was told to open the box and check my order. There were many smaller items missing so I advised only to he told they checked and it had been picked so would not be refunding or replacing. The items would have easily fallen out of the box but no, SHEIN were not interested in the slightest. They are responsible for shipping using their preferred carrier but I have paid for items I didn’t receive. It’s not right & I will never use them again!!!!
