Loved the trip and hotel. Unfortunately they put my 9 years old on the other side of the plane both flights. This is not ok. I had to make quite a discussion to get this corrected at the airports. Not a great way to start or end your holiday....

Felt Like Home – Amazing Hotel with Wonderful Staff
From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Sibora, Maria and Dimitri – three amazing people who are always ready to help and make you feel at home.
The accommodation was excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Every morning, Elisabeth greeted us with a big smile and great service, together with the lovely lady clearing the tables and serving coffee.
By the pool, Alex, Mike, Adriana and Grasiel made sure we had everything we needed – friendly faces, great service and tasty dishes. Even the cleaning lady deserves a special mention for her kindness and care.
We stayed for a week, but it truly felt like we had been coming here for years. A fantastic hotel that we can wholeheartedly recommend! 🌞

Pictures were good, description of the area more than sufficient, and details about the apartment size and layout were very useful. I struggled a bit with booking multiple apartments, it took a while to understand how this worked for the number of people in our party.

The hotel is great
The hotel is great; we had the all-inclusive concept, and it was fantastic. The food offers something for everyone, but it's always the same, as we noticed during our 12-day visit. Playa del Ingles is a bit boring because there's not much to do, and the entertainment district is very dated.
The staff at the Bull Escorial and Spa are fantastic and go out of their way to please you. The hotel facilities are also top-notch.
A dont-do is the sparkling tour offered by Sunweb, among others. It's a complete waste of money. The tour guide is one of the most boring people I've ever encountered on a tour; they have absolutely no passion for the island. During the tour, you only have 10 to 25 minutes to explore the places you stop at.
Because our tour was running late, we didn't eat until 3:15 PM, and initially, they only wanted to give us 25 minutes.
The Sparkling tour is therefore highly not recommended, a waste of your money.
