Two Stars because of Quick answer from Customer Service, HOWEVER the delivery Window was not hold by Carrier, and from that Point it was not possible to get reliable and consistent Information fro tediber customer Service, No possibility to call, Chat useless, Carrier was due to call before delivery when approaching the delivery point, which he didn‘t, and I just received an SMS from their mobile device, I was not there, could Not delivery, please reorganise a new delivery appointment… which I Don t want as First one was Not met. I tried to call back as soon as the SMS came in, No answer, Full mailbox, 0 Reaktion / 0 Support from tediber Customer Service. Just inacceptable. I would Not not recomnend to Place orders with them

The company advertises a free trial period for its products, including free return shipping, on its website. However, it doesn't state that this only applies to deliveries within France. The goods did not meet our expectations, so we wanted to return them. This is only possible after prepayment (79.00 EUR fees!!!). Customer service offered no assistance whatsoever. In Germany, this business practice would clearly be illegal. You have lost a customer as a result, and I regret having shopped there in the past.

We initially did have an issue with the delivery as our area is hard to access and there was a mishap with the communication but the tediber team was very helpful in rescheduling the delivery and in making sure everything was going well and the bed is wonderful, we are very happy with it!

En réponse à la réponse de Tediber (qui est, je le précise, uniquement sur ce site et leur service client n'a pas répondu à mon e-mail). Je comprends le français écrit et je peux écrire comme vous pouvez le voir, et j'ai écrit à plusieurs reprises à votre équipe ainsi qu'à la société de livraison à 100 % en français et j'ai répondu en français à chaque fois. La raison pour laquelle la livraison n'a pas pu être reprogrammée est qu'ils ne m'ont pas contacté ni répondu à aucune de mes tentatives de contact - appels, e-mails et messages. Vous dites que vous avez reprogrammé la livraison pour le 17/12, mais je n'ai toujours pas reçu de confirmation de cela, ni de créneau horaire, ni de lien de suivi, et je ne serais pas disponible à ce moment-là de toute façon (personne n'a vérifié ou demandé cela non plus). Et ce n'est qu'après avoir dit de me rembourser simplement car tout avait plus d'une semaine de retard. Donc OUI, remboursez-moi et reprenez simplement le lit, où qu'il soit. J'ai dû acheter un autre lit auprès d'une autre entreprise, comme cela a été indiqué à plusieurs reprises. Ce serait formidable si votre équipe de service client répondait réellement à cette demande par e-mail au cours des derniers jours - et présentait en fait une sorte d'excuse pour le stress et le traitement subis.
Updating 16 December:
After continuing to hear nothing or being told to "just keep waiting" to hear from the delivery company, I contacted Tediber again to request a refund, being that I still had/have no idea when it will arrive - or if it will. I have had to purchase a different bed with a different company. I have received no response from Tediber, that was two days ago during their opening customer service hours.
On Sunday evening the delivery person messaged me again, after ignoring every attempt I made to contact them for a week, saying they "tried to contact me"(a lie) and rescheduled my delivery for a certain day without providing any timeslot or tracking information. I told them that it was clearly not true they tried to contact me, listed all the ways I tried to contact THEM, and that I am cancelling the order with Tediber and also am not even available on the day they said (not that I believe it would show up anyway).
They replied that they were just not paying attention to all my attempts at contact.
I will add that this person only has messaged on weekends - either midnight Saturday or a Sunday evening - extremely unprofessional and a bit creepy, and I really don't want whoever this is to come to my home anyway.
I emailed Tediber again explaining the updated situation and reiterating that I want a refund, but have received zero response.
I just want my money back and to be done with this stress and company.
Original from 13 December: Where do I begin? I still have not even received my bed and remain sleeping on the floor. The experience has been one insane frustration after another, I am absolutely losing my mind at this.
The delivery was supposed to take place a week ago. I was “the next stop!” on the tracking as the driver drove all over the city for hours. Then after it was already two hours late, they cancelled it because “there was a manifestation” and roads were “blocked” even though there were many routes and every street I saw by going outside was clear.
Then I heard nothing for days despite repeated attempts at contact. Then, a cryptic midnight text message just showing a photo of a screen of my cancelled delivery. In this time I sent multiple emails to Tediber, plus tried the live chat plus the form contact and nothing got a response for days. Finally after days, a reply saying they’d nudge the delivery company, then another midnight email from the delivery company saying they could deliver it from the following Monday (a week and a half late) and to call a number. Days later, after having called multiple times (voicemail just says “you have reached “me”), emailed and messaged with no response, I finally get through to someone on the number who says they don’t know anything, don’t have their computer, don’t know where my delivery is or when it would come and to call back later (now the delivery is a week late). Then a call back from someone who just said one word and then hung up. Meanwhile Tediber has no customer service number and only occasionally replied to emails saying the delivery company will contact me, and sends that same form message to every response from me clearly showing that in fact the delivery company isn’t contacting me nor seeming to be planning to deliver my bed at all.
Tediber has had my money for three weeks, and I am sleeping on the floor with no end in sight. Absolutely insane, especially for a company I bought from specifically because the advertise having great service. What am I supposed to do?

Sadly, our first experience with Tediber delivery and removal of the current mattress has been one problem after the other. They left the mattress in the entrance of our apartment building and left without calling. We have now been waiting yet again for them and they have not turned up to take away the old mattress as promised.

Incompetent and incapable customer service.
If you ever end up having an issue with the deliver provider/logistics, Tediber's customer service will demonstrate an unfathomable amount of incompetence. The delivery for the mattress was missed (scheduled June 29th). After tirelessly communicating with them, offering solutions myself (they were unable to problem solve), I now have a delivery scheduled on August 7th. More than a month later.
That would be OK-ish if you ordered, I don't know, a pair of socks. But we're talking about a mattress/bed. If it's for your new place or a move, you might have to sleep on a terrible air mattress for the whole time.
And even then, I was the one who solved the problem, going through multiple layers of the logistics company MYSELF, since Tediber was unable to achieve anything.
You'd think any decent company would offer compensation or something. They don't. The only thing they offered me was to cancel the order and get reimbursed. That is "how far" they'll go to assist you. I wasted a solid 4-5 days on this.
If you have the option, order somewhere else.

I also love the fact that you take old mattress away, saving us the hassle. Most importantly, the mattress is firm and really high quality. We suffer from bad backs and the firmness of the Tediber mattress ensures excellent sleep!
