While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Tripadvisor corrupción not supporting the truth
I'm very disappointed with the service. Tripadvisor are currupted. They don't let the truth with pictures and they delit my review every time. Other seit like holidaycheck... Are more sirieus.
Google is the best trustful site for reviews. The people can connect and talk about the issues.
TripAdvisor 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
My company simply removed (bug)!
Over three years of reviews, photos collected I had 79 reviews 5/5 stars. I even received the “Travelers Choice Awards Winner 2024” in the mail a few days ago. And then overnight my company disappeared from Tripadvisor as if it had never existed.
When asked, they said it was a known bug and now it's got me. I should not worry, everything will be restored.
Today I don't see anything working my ratings still don't exist. This is so damaging to my reputation and unprofessional.
A couple of times in the Labourdonnais, what a pleasure!
I was a couple of times in the Labourdonnais in Port Louis on Mauritius.
It was always a pleasure to be there, the hotel is directly at the sea, at the port, it has big rooms and comfortable beds.
The service is superb, the stuff has long days to work, there are so friendly in the reception, the housecleaning, the gym and spa and the restaurants! The breakfast buffet is tasty and the food in general recommendable. I like to say thank you for that!
I am looking forward to come back soon!
Strasshof a real bavarian experience
Strasshof a real bavarian Hotel/Restaurant with full bavarian flair.
I can really recommend everything on the menu. So delicious- enormous portions , some available in half portions. Truly delicious is the Caesar Salad, Barley Soup and Creme Brulee. Very reasonably priced. Fabulous all rounder. Excellent Service.
TripAdvisor doesn't fully understand how human interaction works
TripAdvisor keeps removing my review because "we have reason to believe it does not meet our review guidelines regarding incentivized reviews."
My review was honest, written about a real experience (for which I provided photos), and helpful to other potential customers. It was also positive and praiseworthy of both the establishment and staff member (who I do not personally know outside our brief encounter).
The problem seems to be that my review was light-hearted and humorous (reflecting my own personality and the experience I had with the employee I was reviewing).
I tried to debate TripAdvisor's claim, but they kept rejecting it without communicating with me directly (no-reply). To put it simply, I am left to conclude that my review was too human for TA's standards.
Therefore, I have posted the review on Google instead, and I am negatively reviewing TripAdvisor itself here on Trustpilot.

Good overview and a great help before booking a hotel or reserving a table in a restaurant. In my opinion critique that is older than 5 years need not really be shown

Generally said a good site but sometimes it looks that hotel or restaurant owners post their own scores and most of the answer to posts are without any real content.
