I couldn't get the discount

They gave me a discount, but I couldn’t apply it. Every time I tried to pay for a ticket, it said the discount was applied, yet I was still charged the full amount. I got frustrated because I ended up having to pay the full price on site. I even tried buying the tickets separately to get at least one at the promotional price, but that didn’t work either.

I had a negative experience with…

I had a negative experience with Tripper. I bought tickets to take my small children, under the age of three, to an exhibition and didn't know that you can only choose evening slots on Tripper. However, on the official website, you can get morning slots. I wish I had known, as I would have just paid full price. I contacted Tripper four minutes after the purchase, explaining the whole situation, and they said, "No, no refund." So I'm stuck with tickets I can't use.

tripper.nl down, no access to tickets

tripper.nl website was down yesterday around 2:30 p.m., so I couldn't use the tickets and had to pay the regular price.
Next time I'll have to download the tickets before I visit.
Tripper Support send me back the money.
Everything is fine.
