I had a great experience with Macky. His customer service was excellent from start to finish. He was very respectful, patient, and helpful, and he made sure all my questions were answered clearly. Macky went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. It’s not easy to find someone so dedicated and professional these days. Excellent Support from Jonah at Otter

I had a great experience working with Jonah from Otter Support. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable while assisting us with getting our DoorDash orders to properly inject into our Toast POS system.
