It was the first time I was moving with a moving company. They arrived on time, were very professional and efficient in handling all the things. Overall a very positive experience. I definitely stoped worrying about moving when I saw them work

The person I was in contact with regarding my moving appointment and I understood each other differently. While for me it was clear that we had an appointment with Vika, the movers thought we were only asking for information. Consequently, on the day of the move I called vika about our appointment and they had no idea who they were speaking to - very bad! Why didn't they confirm just to make sure there was an appointment?

My partner and I almost got an anxiety attack as we were worried we would not be able to move our things on that day. Luckily, vika could still slot us into the time slot as talked about in the emails, albeit being very late and without clear confirmation on when the movers would arrive until we called 3 times about that issue. The movers themselves were friendly and in good spirits even though they had been working all day without a proper break.

In the end, we got a better deal money wise due to the large truck having been used instead of the agreed upon medium truck (We actually needed the large truck after all). But definitely not a recommendation based on the lack of clear communication from Vika's side.

We recently moved from a 1. Sal 90m2 apartment to a villa 2 hours away. We were a bit worried how the move would go, as we also have 2 young kids and ALOT of stuff. Asbjørn og Terje From VIKA exceeded our expectations! We are truly so thankful and impressed by them, their strength, professionalism, friendliness and endurance! It was a long day of packing the truck FULL and driving and then unloading. They managed all of it and made our move day smoother than I could have hoped for. I would recommend VIKA to anyone considering help in moving. The price we paid was also extremely fair and completely worth it. Thank you!!!

I hadan electric bed the Same company had helped me move in my shop. So they knew the weight and I had told the person on the phone. In the end no agreement was honored, the bed ( the ONLY reason why I got a moving service) was left in the building garage. The fiberglass wooden panel that were supposed to be put down for the building board to see if they can use them or thrown OuT of the building ( original agreement), were torn, contaminating my childs room, and was asked to pay 30 mins extra. All in all I paid 2800 for 3 rugs, 5 boxes, 2 small tables and some paintings and I was yelled at from the person on the phone and had to deal with the movers not being happy about the fiberglass. Best scenario, the person with whom I agreed did not communicate with them, and the movers did not feel like taking the heavy bed up, asking extra, saying first it doesnt fit, then saying tgey need gear and I should call another time ( for more money). How do you move sofas and fridges and washing machines? I should have asked ice skaters to move my stuff, as asking a MOVInG company was such an absurd Idea. Shame to ask extra payment for a job half done. Shame!

Excellent Service - Moved furniture from 3rd floor to 1st floor. All boxes and furniture loaded carefully and delivered safely. Both Noa and Martin very friendly and smiling - made the job look so easy- true professionals- I highly recommend Vika - Flyt !!! Thanks a million Guys👍

The personnel are very friendly, fresh and up for the task. The administration, however, is very pathetic, delivered incomplete information. In our case, we were not informed that for items weighing more than 100kg will be charged extra 500dkk. And we learned about it when the boys were at out doorstep.

Andreas and Nicklas were fantastic moving my heavy Hornung & Møller piano with no problem. They wrapped the piano carefully in safety padding and even managed to take it down the steep stairs without any difficulty. I would 100% recommend them for anything heavy or bulky as they were very professional and did a great job.
