Have been trying to unsubscribe from email’s several times after buying a product but they keep sending me mails😡

I ordered a pair of HOKA Clifton 10 mens running shoes - which was worn down after less than 50 km of leisure running. Asking for a swop / reaction to the very poor quality of the shoes - WeekendBee answered:

"I received an email from HOKA that this is not normal but it seems like they have worn out very rapidly because of the use of the product.
Therefore we will not refund your money or send you a replacement.
If you wish to report and discuss more with HOKA you can send an email directly to them, but this is the response we got from their representative in Finland where we buy the product from."

WeekendBee thus rejects any further action on behalf of the customer and does not assume any responsibility for the faulty HOKA product. EU regulatives state: "If the product is damaged, faulty, or not as described: Consumers have at least two years to seek a full or partial refund, or get a replacement or product repair."

HOKA does not accept direct inquiries from customers.....

I will not deal with WeekendBee again!
I have found a better quality running shoe alternative. HOKA soles seems to be made from marshmallow.....

This company is a scam. I ordered a northface bag. Payed, not delivered, still ‘in transit’. No answer, no refund, no nothing!

Really good company! All products are sustainable which I love. Good service, my order arrived home very fast, just as promised. Package materials were minimalistic and easy to recycle. I returned one item and the return- service also worked smoothly. I will order again the next time I need to buy clothes. I highly recommend this company!

I got the shoes really quick. Unfortunately they did not fit. I got some help for sending back.thanks .Unfortunately gls has a really bad service in Germany.

Poorly wrapped box! Expensive shipping and slow delivery.

A really sustainable webshop!
Often when I buy sustainable articles, they're wrapped in plastic and a huge box.
Not with weekendbee. I bought my hip and beautiful sustainable Mons Royale wear from them for a good price. I received them in a simple (but strong enough) paper bag.
I will definitely buy from them again <3

Great place to shop sustainably. Their transparency led me to trust Weekendbee over other 'sustainable' webshops. Still though, the most sustainable way of shopping is not shopping!
