Laura (Store Manager) at Frederiksberg…

Laura (Store Manager) at Frederiksberg centre was friendly & accommodating. The store was clean, easy to navigate, changing rooms clean and had good privacy. Store music and lighting not aggressive, massive plus! Really great experience, for a person who generally hates shopping :)

Had a problem to order

Had a problem to order. Emma from Zizzi had helped me by resetting my password etc. I felt well advised and heard. Thank you Emma. Now I can order as much as I please on your site with lovely and good quality clothes.

I have been in the shop and found "my"…

I have been in the shop and found "my" size. After that buying on the net has been a real joy. No need to go to a shop and try on. I can just search out what I want and get it sent home. Fantastic! Also happy with fast delivery.

Really nice to always be able to find…

Really nice to always be able to find clothes in my size and that fit my shape well and that are actually nice! Quality is also quite good. I would say prices are a little higher than what I’m used to but it’s worth it.

The quality of clothes went down over…

The quality of clothes went down over the years, however the prices have not. I ordered a jumper with half-zip, which turned u to be low quality. I have 2 jumpers with half-zip from Zizzi Active from couple of years ago and I love them, but since then no product could match those two.
I also ordered T-shirt, but all T-shirts from Zizzi that have prints on, are made of cotton, and cotton is not flattering on any body bigger than XXS (regular size not Zizzi size). If only Zizzi could make T-shirts from 95% Viscose and 5% elastane - this combination gives a soft and flowy texture which looks so nice on bigger bodies.
I returned both garments.

I never know my size when ordering…

I never know my size when ordering on-line and I ended up ordering clothes from Zizzi that were too large and had to be returned. The return instructions on their web page were clear. The goods were dispatched back to Zizzi and my money returned. I did have to email them to remind but the cash was back in my account 2 or 3 days later. My interactions with Zizzi staff were pleasant and courteous.
The clothes are nice, service is prompt, price isn't too bad. I will definately be back.
