Xichen has not delivered my parcel or tried to contact me and it's been a month, then suddenly yesterday I see the update says successfully delivered to address but I did not receive the parcel nor an email, sms or call. There is no contact details for the courier company or email address. Can you please contact me.

I was tracking my parcel, and according to your information, it says delivered to the USA. I am based in South Africa, and my address is clear on my profile. You guys are scamming us.

It's happening to me as well that's about the third order that it's happened to you I know who's behind this. What they're doing is they have a database as well as the secondary program in computer system which is a Lenox computer system. And what they're doing is they collect the money and they act like that you're going to deliver delivery excuse me correction. And then you don't get nothing in and then they set up these fake websites. So their name is Elizabeth Johnson and Michael Wilhelm they live at 508 center Cross Street sycamore Illinois and I'm tired of them getting away with this situation. And there's a computer system and database that sits here and swirls around everywhere gets information from people. And they're using this as like a little eavesdropping center on everyone's home. As well have a big hub over there. The hackers.

It was big mistake to trust that website and to order my goods. It's more than month since I ordered it but still haven't got anything. Impossible to contact the seller and have clear answer about parcel. Three weeks in GB already and tracking still says-in transit, be patient. So,I don't think I'll have my parcel at all,unfortunately.

I waited ALL damned day for this package to arrive after they said it had been delivered...Doorbell camera showed that NO ONE ever came with said package...I was jipped!!! Oh well. U live & learn...I bought that lesson. Would've given it a ZERO star if I could've!!!

Total scam, AVOID!! Fake website, fake delivery service!!

A total SCAM complete tracking right up until delivery then says parcel delivered and date and time .. NO parcel NO one came to the door.. have door camera and NO one came !!!!

Great (fake) tracking (XCSU001841668BO) of a parcel sent from China right up to showing it was delivered by Canada Post. Canada Post has no information on the tracking #.

Company must be a scam. Ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Says shipping from China. Gave me a tracking number. On day it says delivered, nothing actually showed up. I have security cameras. No delivery truck ever showed up. No way to contact this company. 100% scam.

This is all scam I order and they said it’s been delivered try contacting and no result will contact the CC company do not order this is all a scam
