Hi, my name is Yaochuan Yin.
I placed an order in October, 2025, paid in full for a delivery in December.
But until now still no greenhouse. I emailed, no response. Called, texted, no results.
They texted once said it will be scheduled for delivery last week, but no results.
Now I only hope they can deliver to me by the end of March. I just need them to give a delivery date, but no response. Texted numerous times, no answers.

I hope they'll solve the delay asap.

Update: glad to hear a response from their team right away. This case closed with satisfaction.
I know it is late but it is winter right now, so I forgive their delay.

Great product, great company!

We had a really bad wind storm (Tornadoes in the area) and the greenhouse didn’t budge! We are so pleased with the quality. It’s a big project to put together, but well worth it.

Absolutely love my greenhouse from Your Greenhouses. It lets me continue my gardening season growing my own food all year long. The quality of the greenhouse is top notch and I would highly recommend.

I love my greenhouse so much! I have the House model and it fits perfectly in my small backyard.

I ordered my greenhouse from them at the end of the growing season for a substantial discount. Due to the government shutdown my greenhouse was held up in customs and I didn't receive it until the ground was too frozen to start construction. I am very happy with what I got. My husband and I think we won't have any trouble putting it together in the spring. My daughter has decided to order a greenhouse from them also so we plan on helping each other get our greenhouse set up. I will be happy to post pictures of Facebook once the greenhouse is assembled. More to come!

We ordered a structure, and paid for it in full, in early/mid October, 2025. We were told in the Acknowledgement that we would receive in 8-12 days (we paid for expedited shipping as well).
Over 90 days later we have nothing. Emails have gone unanswered as well as phone calls.
Was finally able to talk with a human, and supposedly they have cancelled order and are processing return of the money they took.
If you're looking for a good way to channel frustrations, waste a lot of time, put good money at risk with sketchy people, and generally accomplish nothing, this is the company to go to!
If you want a greenhouse though, I'd probably go elsewhere.
They even advertise that they are "TopRated" on Trustpilot... 3.5 average when 1.0 is given to you isn't exactly bragging rights.

I bought the most popular greenhouse and got it together in a couple weekends with the help from my wife. The directions that came in the box and the ones online are different in some areas but if you are halfway mechanically inclined you can figure out which ones work best. It stood up all year even with some wind storms that hit over 70 mph. However, we had one that topped out at 100mph the other day and it blew the doors inward and the top panels out. It will hold up to wind if you can keep the doors closed. Bruno was helpful in getting me in touch with a provider that I can purchase replacement panels from. I plan on replacing the damaged panels and securing it better on the top. I also plan on making the door frame and door stronger to withstand higher winds. All in all a good product.

We ordered in June for September delivery. Got our emails with progress up to September, then…. Crickets. A person named Bruno answers the phone and promises the greenhouse will be picked up and delivered in a week. Those weeks pass with no response. It’s now almost January-no greenhouse.

I’m not sure if these other reviews are legit. I’m pretty sure I’ve been scammed.

I must admit I was skeptical of working with a company that manufactures in Europe and ships to the US, particularly with the uncertainty of the recent tariffs. Bruno was extremely helpful and, moreover, transparent and an excellent communicator.
The shipment arrived as planned with all the glass panes intact. We were short a few screws but otherwise, while complicated, went together well. We are considering adding an even larger Yourgreenhouse on another deck on our house. Very pleased with the experience. Bruno is the glue!!!

Ordered in August for delivery in October. No green house as of 12/10/25. I have reached out to vendor, multiple times with the same response, in our warehouse, waiting for a carrier to delver. Do not be fooled by 5 star reviews, the company will scam you

We purchased the green house in March 2025 with our credit card and received no green house. It was stuck in customs and then returned. Your green house has promised us a refund for months now and we have received nothing I believe the green house company under the disguise that they were PayPal notified our credit card that the purchase was under friends and family and therefore not eligible for consumer protection so her credit card company wants us to go through the vendor.

Yourgreenhouses staff have been fantastic at communication and answering my questions at every stage of my purchase. With their greenhouses being so cost effective and found through Facebook one is always watchful for a scam especially when the your greenhouse is being shipped from Europe.

So I took the risk and have been very pleased. The timing however was not as fast as they suggested. It came even a few days sooner.

They acknowledged when they got the online order. Using a payment method where my credit card is not disclosed to them. A day or two after after the purchase I got a tracking email from directly from FedEx Economy International using FedEx website tracking which increased my trust.

Packed and shipped from Latvia where it was made the tracking next took it to the Netherlands where it sat a couple days, apparently until enough cargo was loaded to fill the Jet. The greenhouse then went to Oakland CA for a few hours and then was loaded onto a truck up to the Seattle area. I received it with a day prior warning and a call a half hour before it arrived. The shipment got to me 3 days sooner than I expected.

Being quality metal it was a heavy packed load (529 lb). FedEx brought the unit right into my garage on a roller cart and placed it exactly where I wanted.

The shipment is on a long pallate well wrapped with the greenhouse parts inside sorted into labeled boxes in perfect condition. It was clever how they used two stacked raised bed growing frames as the sides of the pallate package. And a thin piece of plywood was strapped over the top to ensure no loss of boxes.

They have been very helpful with providing assembly instructions and called to tell me to call if I had any questions or needed help in figuring out how to assemble the greenhouse.

Thus my high praise.

Ordered a greenhouse on July 20 for delivery in October. It is now November 20, and no greenhouse. Reached out Nov. 2 via email, and the response was that it was being "shipped in the coming days" and they would inform me when it was shipped. Reached out again on Nov. 16th via email; no response to date. Just called now, just a machine. Left a message, but not real optimistic about getting a response.
I have spent several thousand dollars on site prep and installing water lines and electric. I now risk having frost in the ground soon, leaving me unable to build this structure even if it does arrive.
To say I am very disappointed would be a vast understatement, especially since this order was paid in full back in July.

We purchased our greenhouse in the spring of 2025. We poured a footing then built a short stem wall of cinder blocks for the greenhouse to sit on. This was to keep critters from digging under it. The greenhouse is plenty sturdy. We got the windows with thermostats and they are a delight. We experimented with hydroponic gardening & everything did so well. We are at 8000 feet so the growing season is very short however with the greenhouse we ate from it and sold at the community markets all spring, summer and early fall. We are very happy with our purchase. Shipping was on time. There are very good instructions and a video of assembling. It sure did its job. We often have 2-4 feet of snow in the winter so we will see how it handles that…we expect it will do just fine. Very happy with our whole experience buying and using the greenhouse.

The greenhouse was delivered on time without any damage. There was one plexiglass panel that had a gouge in it, but then we realized that was a spare piece that had assembly instructions printed on it as part of the packaging. All of the parts were labeled and matched up with the drawings.  The quality of the parts are good and there were extra nuts and bolts. Standard metric threads and 8 mm nuts could be commonly found at the hardware store if needed. We would recommend watching the YouTube videos for Yourgreenhouses construction in conjunction with the printed instructions as there is not any written narrative on the printed instructions. The YouTube videos were helpful and showed alternate methods and sequences for installing. Bruno was very responsive via text and he called a couple times to make sure wehad everything we needed.  We chose to build our greenhouse on an approximate 4 inch foundation of 3/4”-0 crushed gravel, and put pavers around the perimeter bottom edge of the greenhouse to close up the air gaps. It did take us about six weekends to complete all of the assembly.

We recently purchased a Greenhouse, formed from galvanized steel from “yourgreenhouses”
and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The sturdy construction and UV-rated side panels provide exceptional durability and protection for my plants, even in harsh sunlight, making it one of the most reliable options on the market. It has transformed my backyard into a thriving oasis. Highly recommend this top-tier greenhouse for any gardening enthusiast—five stars all the way! My recommendation is take the sticky tape off the panels right away and don’t leave them in the weather. Installation is quite manageable; clear instructions.

We bought our greenhouse in 2023. We live in interior Alaska and growing some vegetables on our environment can be challenging if not impossible without a greenhouse.
From our first season we found we needed to change some things mainly air flow and heat control. As this greenhouse is phenomenal at keeping it warm and humid inside. We installed a temperature and humidity controlled fan on one end of our greenhouse. We also installed two small solar fans to keep a good circulation of air within the habitat.
Our 2nd growing season was fantastic. We grew various peppers (banana, jalapeño, Serrano, &bell). We also grew Beef master and cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and herbs. Without our greenhouse none of this would have been possible.
We installed wood supports before the metal ones were available and the greenhouse held up through 80" of snow. We had a little bowing but that's because we didn't clear the snow from the sides, but the greenhouse has withstood some of the harshest elements mother nature can throw at it.
Currently, we are debating on buying another greenhouse and if we can swing it we will be buying another this year to install next summer.

Update, While unfortunately my deal fell through, YourGreenHouses has refunded my purchase.

I ordered my greenhouse in June (order# 1996) under the early bird preorder for a September delivery. I received confirmation on June 21st.. Original scheduled delivery was to be September but due to shipping/logistics, this was delayed out into November which was way late for me to work with. We are already getting snow and ice and I live up on a hill. September would of been perfect, October ok but not ideal but November definitely not good, even regular driving is difficult.

I’m glad I kept emailing them because they lacked emailing me the progress. This is an area they really need to improve on (communication and progress). This said, Bruno (From YourGreenHouses) helped me through the refunding process which went through smoothly.

Fast delivery. Well packaged. This has to be the best greenhouse design ever made. With the help of a few friends, we were able to complete the build in about 26 hours over three days. The online assembly video was a great help. We could pause the video and take screenshots to help us understand. The directions could be improved by with the videos; we were able to figure it out. Very happy with the end result.
