Terrible return service
Terrible return service. I have bought two blnkets that I did not like. Of course as common practice today we reserve our right to send it back. Unfortunatelly, first challege was to find my in the website my order linked to my email. It did not worked, then I wrote an email to ZElesta, and quickly got a link for return, as if they knew that the webpage does not work. After paying 6€ for deliver, now I have to pay another 8€ to retur. Never again Zelesta!!!

1 star because 0 is not possible. We placed an order with black friday.did not hear anything for 3 weeks about delivery so is asked myself because no information from zelesta was given. Then ofcourse we first some stupid aytomatic AI emails , then we got the info one of our products could not be delivered. I sent an email to clearly cancel only the parts that could not be delivered and sjip the rest with implemted black friday action... once again AI stepped in and i just answered i needed to talk with a real person... i hear nothing and suddenly recieve a email that the full order us cancelled... so waited almost a montj gor notjing, dont have the products which were meant as gift and black friday is just a joke. Worst customer i ever experienced. A total joke. Stay away from this company, they are to lazy to have real persons help you and dont care about customer. Many frustrations later, no compensation, no apologies, nothing. I will later add email communicaton from them so everyone knows what to expect
