Heaven forbid if I actually need to send back any of the four items I ordered if they ever arrive as I’ve been waiting over a month for now! Most shocking experience purchasing from a company online in a long time. Took money straight away but no sign of products and tracking link doesn’t work at all! Been told delays in delivery in UK due to Brexit but I’ve ordered from other companies since we left the EU and it seems that they actually prepared for this as I’ve had no trouble at all. Anyone would think it was a surprise dropped on Roxy at the last min!! Shocking. And just to top it all off since my order I’ve received over 10 marketing emails trying to get me to buy even more from them - how about you focus on actually fulfilling the orders you’ve taken the money for first hey?
