Two stars, better than last time
Two stars, because I didn't need a taxi to pick up my parcel that I paid extra to have delivered to my home. This was originally delivered to whole different post code, after some phone calls (the customer service people were very nice, though not very effective) they agreed to pick up the parcel from the drop point and try again to deliver to my home. Somehow it was still delivered to another, closer drop point. I was able to get help to pick it up(I'm disabled and can't carry the box home from a drop point) and it all ended up OK in the end. If you choose your drop point, Bring is fine, but I don't recommend throwing money away by paying extra for home delivery since it will most likely end up at a drop point anyway.
Update: thanks for the reply Kasper, yes originally the driver buzzed my door about 25 times in 30 seconds. As I've mentioned before, I'm not an Olympic sprinter, so when I got to the door, he was leaving. This happens about 90% of the time with Bring. I work from home and get parcels daily from multiple delivery services, but for some reason, Bring is the only service that can't seem to wait for me to answer the door, which is why I think it's important for other disabled people to know that your home delivery service may not be their best option.
