Warning! This is a scam website.

I ordered ejuice from here 10 days ago. Payment was taken, but I have heard nothing from them. Emails bounce back undelivered, web chat is ignored and there is no phone contact number. Ignore these fraudulent thieves, or lose your money as I did.

Ignored emails

I ordered a wine pitcher from them for my wife's birthday and they sent the wrong type which is priced 57 kroner less than the one I paid for. They have ignored my emails about this.

Absolutely atrocious

Where to begin. Package should have been delivered last week, Yodel have made 4 "attempts" to deliver according to the tracking history. The driver has blatantly lied on 3 occasions now, twice claiming to have left a card, and today the lie of all lies "delivery refused at the door".
This is mind boggling to be honest, I live and work from the delivery address, someone is here 24/7, and Yodel have been nowhere near us.
I have tried twice to resolve this via webchat (there is no way to talk to anyone from Yodel on the phone, which is telling in itself), and have been lied to there too, being told by the webchat agent that he had contacted the depot, and that the driver would phone me for directions.
It appears there is a culture of lies around Yodel, and they seem to make no attempt whatsoever to locate tricky addresses.
Every other delivery company has located us, but not Yodel.
I now have to go through the hassle of trying to get a refund from the seller, who will no doubt be subject to another pack of lies from Yodel.
I shall never again purchase anything from a seller that uses Yodel, Tony Soprano would have run them better.

Truly awful service

I paid for next day delivery on a receiver from Richer Sounds, and should have received it on the Friday. I checked the tracking website for the time slot, after that had passed with no delivery I checked again. The driver had said he could not find the address and further directions were required. This was timed at 2 hours before the original time slot.
Of course there is no DPD phone number that actually allows you to talk to someone and give further directions. I got back on to Richer Sounds who got back to me to say it would now be delivered on the Monday, and had asked that I be phoned if further directions were required.
Inevitably on Monday, I was not phoned, and following the tracking I discovered my package had been delivered a mile and a half from my address to the lodge at Oriel College. That address is entirely different to mine, different postcode, different street, the only similarity being the Oriel College bit. I was less than chuffed to say the least. Seriously poor service.
I have a tricky address, but all other couriers, plus the deliveries for my professional stuff here have always found me eventually. DPD are the only company in all my time here to fail completely.
Update in response to Bobby's reply.
The package was collected on Thursday from Richer for delivery Friday, because I tracked it on your website. When that failed I contacted Richer Friday who rearranged delivery for Monday. Package was then delivered to Oriel lodge, who accepted because they know who I am, and only noticed the address was wrong after the driver had left. All this can be verified, so I can say DPD most definitely have delivered to the wrong address.

Hi David,

Thanks for getting in touch. This is a very strange situation. I have checked on our parcel tracking system, and according to that, we did not receive any data on this parcel until 17:22 on Friday. The parcel was scheduled to be a next day delivery, which means Monday in this case (as it is next working day).

We collected the parcel from the sender on Friday evening and it was received by your local delivery depot on Saturday, and we then completed delivery as scheduled on Monday.
