Totally useless and a waste of money

Cost £20 and gave no more information than I already entered. Totally useless and waste of money.

Following upon the response from 192.com. I purchased the background report which should have included information such as addresses, co occupants etc as shown in the sample report.

This was not the case with nothing more than the information I'd entered being shown.

This report is purchased as a package and not with credits.

When you have credits on your account, they enable you to access searches across the Open Electoral Roll, Business Records, County Court Judgments (CCJs), Insolvency Data, Mortality Data, and Ownership Verification. One credit is deducted for each search performed.

The Open Electoral Roll records we display include the individual’s name, address, and the year they were registered to vote at that address.

If no current results appear when searching by name and location, it may indicate that the individual has opted out of the Open Electoral Roll.

We do explain the type of data we display in the FAQs on our Help pages.

Scammers, do not use

Having booked a delivery through parcelcompare they have now automatically charged me three time all at different values for services they haven't provided. The latest charge is listed as a late payment charge, which is ridiculous considering they automatically collect funds.

Contacting them to raise a complaint is almost impossible with the only option being to send a letter they don't respond to.

Stay as far away from them as you can and save yourself a lot of money.

Complete scam avoid at all costs!

The booking process seemed to go through easily, after that everything was a disappointment and I can only describe this company as a scam. Avoid them at all costs and go directly to the courier, it will save you hassle and money.

The order was confirmed as being booked wirh UPS and a tracking number issued. This number wasn't recognised by UPS.

The parcel was finally collected, still no tracking info and it was only when the recipient informed me the parcel had arrived I knew it's location.

Now for where the scam starts. Having provided accurate details of the package, with weight and dimensions measured and recorded as suggested on the website in case of dispute, the order had been confirmed. A week following delivery I received an email informing me the package details had been incorrect and an additional charge was being made. Within seconds a second email was received saying the payment had automatically been taken, when I checked I had been charged an additional 300%, yes 300%, of the original price on top of what I'd already paid.

I attempted to contact customer service to dispute the charge to no avail, all methods of communication fell short.

As I previously said, this company is a complete scam, avoid avoid avoid!

Great service and price

The whole process was very quick and easy with payment being made quickly.

The price offered was slightly lower, £10 or so, than others but the full value was paid without any issues.

I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Avoid at all costs!!!!

Update on my previous review.

Having spoken with customer support a replacement delivery was arranged. All looking positive at that point.

That's as good as it got and once more a debacle once more ensued resulting in another failure to deliver.

I would give a zero star rating if it was possible.

I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my partners place of work, a major school in our area, having entered our location and wrongly thinking they would be sourced locally.

The flowers were sent through Yodel, a massive mistake in itself by the sender, who remarkably couldn't find the address despite the driver passing it when viewed on the delivery tracker.

Having attempted to contact their customer support through the chat icon, Eflorest seem to not actually have a support facility.

I would recommend anyone to steer as far away from Eflorist as they can, or be prepared for disappointment.

A very positive experience so far

So far so good! This has been a very quick and easy process with updates throughout. I purchased a dehumidifier on Friday and Saturday morning, 9.30am, it arrived.

Having started using the dehumidifier this morning the humidity in the house has dropped by 20%, and is still going down. So the product is working well so far.

Setup and use has been easy, as well as removal and emptying of the water tank.

A very positive experience so far, I'll provide a further update once we've been using the product for several weeks.

Originally exceptionally poor customer service, improving vastly following a compliant

An update to my original review.

Remarkably following my original review my order status changed to indicate my order had been dispatched and a Royal Mail tracking number was provided. The Royal Mail tracking system stated they'd been advised of the order but hadn't received it from the vendor yet. Royal Mail advised if the status didn't change in 48hrs to contact the vendor.

Having contacted Clogau customer service using the email address advised I received a very quick response, a positive change to my previous experience.

I was advised my order had been lost in transport and a refund could be issued or the order resent, however one of the items ordered wasn't in stock. The order was dealt with quickly by the customer service representative, again another vast improvement.

I contacted Royal Mail regarding the lost order. I was advised the order wasn't lost and while a tracking number had been taken out for the delivery the physical items had not been handed to them.

While my subsequent experience with customer services was a vast improvement and the representative I dealt with was very efficient, I would suggest anyone ordering from Clogau take any information provided on their order with a very large pinch of salt and directly contact the delivery firm identified if there are any delays as the information provided by Clogau may not be wholly correct.

Original review below;

Having been a long standing customer, both instore and online, I purchased items in the online sales after Christmas. Money was taken immediately but products still haven't been dispatched two weeks later despite all items being shown as in stock.

I've contacted customer service three times requesting an update on my order. Despite receiving automated emails confirming my query has been received and a response would be provided within 48hrs I've received no updates what so ever.

While I appreciate the Christmas break and Royal Mail issues may cause delays I would expect dome form of response within this time frame.

I would not recommend anyone purchases online at present as it seems apparent orders cannot be fulfilled and customer services are I'll equipped to deal with queries.

Avoid, nothing advertised is ever in stock

Having visited Footlockers website in search of several items for my family and I it became very apparent the majority of items anyone would actually want to buy are never in stock. It seems they falsely display these items continuously to draw people in hoping they'll then buy the tat that is available.

The response to this from Footlocker may be that the items have recently sold out but this is not true as I've seen the same items advertised for months without being in stock. Silly me for returning to such an awful retailer when they pop up on my Google search.

Avoid at all costs and try other more reputable retailers such as JD Sports.

Great service I use regularly just watch out for idiot reviews

I use trust pilot as a guage for whether to use an online retailer or not, and it hasn't set me wrong yet!

I do advise everyone to read through a selection of good and bad reviews before committing to a purchase as some retailers with good reviews are given high scores by some reviewers without a reason while other retailers may have a lower score because a few idiots who really have the most absurd reasons have marked them with one star. Use your common sense when checking ratings.

Overall Trustpilot is a great service for all online shoppers.

Bought a Gibson Les Paul at a great price, the process for ordering was painless, delivery was quick, the item was extremely well packaged and in perfect condition.
