They have not updated my Credit Card balance, even after trying to log in to my Bank data (the option they offered). They offered loans with a 90% chance of approval, but neither was successful, so now I have a lower score. This website used to work, but I'm definitely cancelling my membership now.

Hello, David. I can see why this has left you feeling disappointed. When a balance does not update as expected, even after trying to reconnect your bank, it can make the whole process feel unreliable. Being shown loan offers with a high chance of approval and then not being accepted would only add to that frustration. While our comparison tool gives an estimated likelihood of approval, the lender always has the final decision and may carry out additional checks that we cannot see.
In regard to updates, we rely on lenders to send us the latest information. They usually do this every six to eight weeks, so there can sometimes be a delay between your actual balance and what appears on your credit report. We process updates as soon as they are received so that your report reflects the most accurate information possible.
Your experience highlights how important accurate updates and clear expectations are. I appreciate you taking the time to share how this came across, as it helps us understand where things have not worked well for you.

Awful Service. It does not matter if the product smells or works perfectly. Once you try to manage a return, they make it impossible and ask you to ship back to China. They should have a UK address for any return and refund customers straight away without so many problems. They have similar websites in Europe operating. Not worthy, time wasters and awful service.

The return has been impossible. No customer service at all. The product is not safe and smells like burnt plastic. This has been reported to Trading Standards, and we filed a complaint.
The seller made us aware that we need to send the product back to China to get a refund and we will have to pay for any shipping cost. Strange messages about possible discounts if we keep the item.

Impressive speedy delivery and avaialability. We mainly used for drinks, snacks and some house stuff. It worked really well and very quick delivery in Isle of Dogs, London.

Fast lens service and returned in a week. I dropped one of my Canon lenses. Through my CPS membership, the lens was repaired and serviced. They also rent and sell equipment that is a bonus as well.

Beer52 allows you to discover new beers and all seems cool to me. It's quite easy to sign up and start a new order but you should let people go easily. It takes few emails and two days to leave, it's 2021 and you should activate a "stop subscription" option like most of the companies do. Please let's not waste time unnecessarily with phone calls or extra emails, let people go when they change their mind or are not convinced about your product.
