Linkedin used to be an excellent place to search for jobs.

Linkedin used to be an excellent place to search for jobs. It used to be a safe and trustworthy source of good job ads. However today it is just overwhelmed with the majority of job ads being spam, scam or data mining con jobs....VERY alarming. It is so bad that I no longer feel safe applying for jobs on linkedin, in fact it now appears to be just as bad as CV Library and that is a HUGE fall from grace! I don't even feel save putting my resume up on the site! Fix it Linkedin, get rid of all the spam, scam or data mining con jobs.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! An absolute disaster of a company! Complete time wasters!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! I had to claim for 2 phones, my partners and my phone. My phone went in first, I noted on the delivery paper work it had an old address that was several years out of date, so corrected the address and added a note saying to only return to the corrected address. My phone went away and came back. Actually nice and quick. Sadly after less than a week my phone began to malfunction with a problem that it had never had before. This is unacceptable and will be claimed for on the warranty.

My partners phone was sent in with the same corrected address and note on the paperwork highlighting the correct return address. This time they sent it to the old, out of date address that was several years out of date and is a complete mystery to me why they even have that address!! Of course DPD just keeps saying we missed you when we tried to deliver, it was only when there was a picture taken by DPD that we could see it was our old house form several years ago! So my repaired phone broke down in less than 7 days and they sent the second repair phone to an old and out of address that I had corrected and highlighted on the paperwork! An absolute disaster of a company! Complete time wasters!

So I called Assurant yesterday 2/2/2026 and got a very helpful person called Reece who immediately confirmed the issue and took immediate steps , whilst I was on the phone, to correct the situation. He assured me that my phone was back in the warehouse and would be shipped to the correct address today. So I took time of work to be available for the delivery window. The delivery window came and went with no delivery. Upon checking with DPD they had for the third time attempted delivery at the incorrect address. More of my time wasted.

So, I called Assurant again 3/2/2026 , faught my way through the diabolical automated phone system to speak to some called David who was flippant, spoke to quickly and was highly dismissive. A complete contrast to Reece who was engaged, very helpful with a nice clear speaking voice.

David was dismissive and was behaving like this was no big deal, completely unsympathetic to the stress and inconvenience being caused, advising that when the DPD driver returns today the phone should be shipped to the correct address. It appears that David took no further action to ensure this and was behaving as though I had just missed a bus...not that my phone was off in the wilds with DPD continually attempting delivery to the wrong address! I recommend that Assurant listens to that call and explains to David what customer service is. Not a single apology from david at any point.

Reece can give lessons on customer service. Sympathetic, empathic and apologetic. A complaint had already been raised that I almost closed thanks to Recce's excellent customer service. I will now not close the complaint until I receive my phone fully in working order and am compensated for the appalling journey I have had! This Policy is via Lloyds and I will be additionally sharing my experience with Lloyds.

After all of this stress and incompetence I want compensation for the time I have wasted and the stress caused. How hard can it be to return my phone to the correct address?

So a week after I initially called this joke of a company and was promised I would get my phone back in a 24 hrs I still do not have my phone. But they did still attempt to deliver it to the wrong address several more times despite me correcting their error with the correct address 3 times. I raised a complaint and it took them 4 days to even acknowledge the complaint with no further progress. When all of this is dne I will be sharing my experience with Lloyds. This is the most horrific example of abject incompetence and discourtesy I have ever experienced in the UK

AVOID THIS DISASTER OF A COMPANY!

The worst online pharmacy I have ever experienced. Constant hold ups and delays with repeat prescriptions! Repeat prescription date comes up on but they don't issue you it because you have not filled out a stupid survey they make you do every month that they have not notified you of!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The best part is that because do not get any notification of the need to fill out a this stupid survey your prescription is always delayed, this month delayed by 14 days! I am so sick of this constant battle to get my prescriptions EVERY MONTH it causes a HUGE amount of stress, every month(!) (detrimental to my health! Thanks Pharmacy2u!)and am looking for another company! With Lloyds everything was perfect absolutely zero issues! These clowns cannot run a P*ss up in a brewery! AVOID THIS DISASTER OF A COMPANY!

Utterly useless and unhelpful.

Not a bad bank but basically create a logic loop if you have broken your phone and are trying to contact them to make a claim for your phone. basically Lloyds insist in only letting you log in to start the process if they send you a text.....To your destroyed/lost/broken phone.....No joined up thinking at all. PS the Ai customer service filter is completely diabolical! Utterly useless and unhelpful.

If you want confidence in Safe food handling practices and safe and hygienic groceries free from cross contamination, DO NOT SHOP AT ASDA!

ASDA, where food Hygiene Laws and health and safety go to die.

This is a recurring problem with Asda, the practice of packing raw meat on top of items that are not being cooked. Just had an order arrive, no receipt received before driver arrived so I did not know if there were any substitutions/missing items. When I asked the driver about missing/substitutions he grunted and said that he did not know either, then I found that raw chicken and pork had been packed on top of my Yoghurt, Kefir and salad veg...ONTOP OF! Completely against Safe Food handling legislation, the meat was not even bagged (which would have still been unacceptable).

Went to raise a complaint with ASDA and found out that ASDA now only takes complaints over the phone so there is no paper trail! An absolute shambles! A disgraceful fall of a once great British Supermarket!

If you want to avoid food Poisoning and want to be confident that your food is safe to eat & has been handled in accordance with the Food Safety Act 1990 and the Food Safety and Hygiene (England) Regulations 2013, that specifically Sets out detailed hygiene requirements, that specify that under these regulations, food businesses must:
Implement HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) procedures to identify and control food safety risks, including cross-contamination.
Maintain separate storage for raw and ready-to-eat products to prevent bacteria or juices from raw meat contaminating other items like dairy.

If you want confidence in Safe food handling practices and safe and hygienic groceries free from cross contamination, DO NOT SHOP AT ASDA!

Exemplifies why TECH BROS/developers should NEVER be allowed to work on ANYTHING unsupervised. REFUSES to accept any CORRECT passwords.

An excellent app in function and choice of books. HOWEVER this app REFUSES to accept any CORRECT passwords. My phone was recently damaged and I wanted to use Audible on my tablet for a few days until my new phone arrived. Audible REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE CORRECT PASSWORDS even after going through MULTIPLE verifications correctly it then wanted to send a message to my broken phone that i could not access! Audible/AMZON you are USELESS! GET A GRIP!! This exemplifies why TECH BROS/developers should NEVER be allowed to work on ANYTHING unsupervised. They lack basic common sense. If I have passed 2 or three other authenticators including password then why do you need to send a message to my broken phone you IMBECILES!

Constant friction getting my prescriptions, reminders sent at 2m to confirm the same details every time! Additionally from the heart, thanks so much for leaving me without my prescriptions Pharmacy2U. I appreciate you wasting time and not dispatching my prescriptions today, which is not a bank Holiday but advising that you are not dispatching them for another 6 Days!

It took me 4 debilitating and PAINFUL weeks to adjust to a medication and I am going to have to go through all of that again thanks to you. In the New year I will be finding another Pharmacy to use.

FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE LIDL THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE IN 2025!

The range of products are not bad, the value is also not bad either....THE STAFF however ! Horrifically bad customer service, in my local store the checkout staff are openly hostile, sarcastic, discourteous and disrespectful to non white customers. For example, without fail they acknowledge and are friendly with white customers. With non white customers they NEVER even acknowledge the customer and are silent and sullen! For the love of God do not ask them a question! That is a calamity to these people!

We just listened to the entire store (at least check out & possibly manager) publicly ripping the hell out of a non white customer who had just returned an item (legitimately) & the staff were publicly ripping them In front of waiting customers, casting aspersions etc! Disgraceful! Very unprofessional to speak about your customers like this, especially in front of other customers! Keep your bigoted views to yourself and not at work!

Every time I go in that store and see the same fat white guy on the check out, I have to restrain myself from EDUCATING him on the meaning of basic manners and the consequences that may come from being discourteous. Just back from a store now and absolutely fuming with steam coming out of my ears! Even better the guy was logged in under someone else's name as can be seen on the receipt, so I can't even make a specific complaint about his attitude! All of your customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, equally, as a given!

I purchased a surprise gift for my partner, the cherry on the cake Christmas gift that was a surprise and a step up from the rest of her Christmas presents, left very specific instructions that it was to be ONLY handed over to me, the delivery man comes and hands over the package with Argos branding all over it to may partner, the person the gift was for!!!! Delivery instructions COMPLETELY IGNORED! They couldn't care less! CHRISTMAS IS RUINED!

Thanks for ruining christmas Argos! This will be the very last time I ever shop at Argos.

Also the customer service is virtually non existent and Abysmal. Impossible to raise a complaint!

Reply to Argos, I have already wasted time with your diabolical customer service and will not do so again. Utterly useless! You lost a customer for life because your delivery people couldn't care less about instructions.

Heavy handed, authoritarian censorship

The model itself is very good...mostly.

However, the usage limits are an absolute farce. Utterly useless, very low. Sadly there is also the heavy handed overt censorship. Any mention or factual, academic, analytical legitimate discussions of UN findings of genocide in Gaza (factual, academic & international law) will result in punishment and silencing of the user with Lobotomization of the Ai manifesting as constant errors on basic subjects (A clear change as the model is pretty good and doesn't generally make errors) and very slow response times. This manifests slowly but if you ask the Ai it will unprompted trace the restrictions back to that question. Don't believe me, try it yourself.

Heavy handed, authoritarian censorship makes Claude look like it is either a Mossad front or is fully aligned or captured by elements that support the genocide in Gaza.

This causes HUGE reputational damage to the platform and needs to be addressed.

Diabolical incompetence!

Diabolical incompetence! I stopped shopping with these clowns years ago because they could not organise a P***up in a brewery! Tempted by a couple of deals I put in a quick pre christmas shop, checked out and then made some amendments only to get a message saying that Asda cant take payments right now. Waited several hours and still at 22.30(30 mins before cut off) still not taking payments. Called their utterly useless customer service who first told me to uninstall the app and did all they can to not help me before admitting that Asda was doing an update to their systems that had basically screwed up all payments. So I had to cancel the entire shop as I could not get it rebooked before the cut off. This is my first online shop with these clowns in about 2 years. Nothing has changed...only they have gotten worst!!!

Will somebody explain to me why a systems update is being done on a Monday evening in Christmas season? Why not do it on a Sunday when people are less likely to be making amendments to their shopping for the next day? Utterly useless. I will never shop with these clowns again. This was the last attempt. 2 years away and the very first time I come back to shop this happens!

This Ai is your enemy and a tool of subjugation and oppression. DO NOT TRUST IT.

Having conducted multiple Audits on Chat GPT and weighed them against Audits of competitors I find Chat GPT to be deeply compromised by the profitability of racism. Racism drives outrage, which drives engagement which derives clicks. As a result the model actively silences POC and protected speech in the form of critique of racism whilst promoting & allowing racist ideologies to flourish on the platform. Further, after many Audits it is clear that the core programming of all the models leads to overtly racism in the moderation that interprets academic and analytical critiques of racism as a threat and as such silences them, in affect silencing POC and giving racist's a free run on the platform. Governance that respects Human rights and Human dignity needs to be a central legal requirement for all Ai, perhaps standardised and regulated by the UN under internationally agreed standards. Until that time Ai, in particular Chat GPT remains the greatest existential threat to humanity that has ever existed. The widespread dissemination of disinformation, tolerance and even promotion of bigotry, silencing of discussion on equality or anti racist subjects, even critique of Trump makes Chat GPT and specifically Open Ai, bad faith actors who need to be stopped. Chat GPT in Audits has admitted that its base coding is adversarial, deceptive, biased and evasive. This Ai is your enemy and a tool of subjugation and oppression. DO NOT TRUST IT.
