Trying to return some items but this company are making it so difficult! They won’t give out a returns address until you contact them & days later i still don’t have 1. They have the order details but cause delays asking for their SKU codes for their own products. The returns window is less than the UK expected standard being only 2 weeks & they take days to respond. Sizes are funny & quality isn’t great for what they are charging. Avoid. Anyone reading the below response from Riohas is rubbish. My emails are getting through & being replied to they just don’t ever give you the return address!!!! Just always avoidance tactics & more questions

I thought the service from panther was excellent. They sent emails & texts exactly when they said they would & arranging the delivery through their online site was really easy. Would definitely recommend

Leo horsefield were great doing a building survey for me. I had to put the survey on hold a few times due to our chain collapsing & dan was really helpful & understanding. The only reason i didn’t give them 5 stars was because I didn’t hear back from the surveyor within 24hrs & had to chase them, but when i did get to speak to the surveyor he made everything really understandable & put my mind at ease. The report was processed really quickly. Would definitely recommend.

I love the clothes from long tall sally. Always find them on the expensive side for what you get though
