This is very good quality food. My cat licks the platter clean after every meal, he loves the meat in gravy pouches. It is also one of the most ethical cat food brands out there. And their claim that it helps the cat’s poos is 100% accurate - my boy has very healthy poos that no longer smell. Thanks Scrumbles!

Thank you for the two free samples - my cat loved them! As a vegan, I find it difficult justifying feeding my cat meat products, so am very happy that there are now alternatives which are complete cat foods. I look forward to ordering more once my other stocks have run out.

The guy in the Yodel store couldn't find my parcel. I asked him to search again; he still couldn't find it. I called Yodel but couldn't speak to someone because I didn't have a tracking number. The guy in the store phoned his manager who was equally unhelpful. Then, eventually, the guy found my parcel! It was stressful. I won't be using Yodel again.

I absolutely love ProtectaPet's method of keeping my cat safe in the garden. It's very unobstrusive and the fitter was able to work around the shed no problems! I feel very comfortable now that my cat is safe when I let him out. He does climb up and hang on to the mesh to fend off intruding cats, so I do check the mesh every now and then to ensure it's not been damaged. So far so good!

Unfortunately, my experience with Warren Evans hasn't been good. I ordered a Sienna mattress which didn't fit my bed as it was too wide (1.5 inches too wide). When I called to discuss my options, I was made to feel like an inferior customer as I hadn't bought my bed with Warren Evans! And then the same happened in the store when I went to choose an alternative mattress. If you sell mattresses without having to buy the bed, it should not matter that I haven't bought the bed. My bed is a standard 5 foot king size bed but yet I was made to feel that it was my fault the mattress didn't fit. I didn't want a memory foam mattress but was told in the store that the memory foam would be best in terms of fit. I did try a couple out, in fact the sales assistant reassured my initial reservations about such mattresses, by saying that Warren Evans' memory foam mattresses 'didn't really mould' to your body. I trusted the sales assistant, of course. In the 5 minutes I tried the mattress, it seemed ok - you can't really tell in 5 minutes whether it will be ok for a whole night. It arrived and it fitted. However, after a week or so, I then developed quite bad lower back pains due to the memory foam mattress and the fact it did quite clearly mould to my shape! So I phoned to find out my options. Again, I was met with resistance and quite terse comments about the fact I hadn't bought my bed with Warren Evans when discussing the Sienna problem. I was eventually offered half my money back which I accepted. I ordered another mattress with a local bed company and am very happy with the result so far and, of course, it fits! I'm left feeling very disgruntled with my experience with Warren Evans - first of all for the constant comments about the fact I didn't buy my bed with them and then also the fact I was mis-sold the memory foam mattress. My refund has been dealt with swiftly and the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful. However, I expected a lot more from this company and am over £300 out of pocket from my experience. My recommendation if the first mattress is not fit for purpose would be to get a refund not an exchange. Disappointed.

I originally ordered a bed, furniture and mattress. Warren Evans customer services called me to let me know that the painted bed and furniture would, after a few years, start to show knots as it is made of pine (i.e cheap wood). I cancelled my order - I didn't want pine furniture. However, I then ordered the Sienna mattress. The guys who came to deliver it had difficulties in taking it upstairs. At first, I wasn't sure they would manage it. The mattress is slightly too big for the kingsize bedframe (which is exactly the right size), so the area on which I was sleeping already sank within a couple of days! Not what I was expecting. I'm still trying it out, not 100% convinced which is a shame as I love the stores. I might have to send it back.

I chose 3 personalised cards. The range was better than with the more familiar competitors and I loved the option of having photos included inside the card - very special! I will definitely be using the Dog's Doodahs again and recommending the company! Thank you.

I spent a few hours putting together all my photos from the London 2012 Games for a spectacular photobook. I'm very happy with the result - it looks absolutely great! Jessops delivered very quickly too. The only point I would say is that the help function on the software wasn't actually very helpful for deleting photos/moving photos. I figured it out in the end but could have saved some time if this was more helpful. Despite this, I would highly recommend Jessops. I got 40% off which made the photobook very reasonably!
