It's a shame that this website is no longer run by the couple who started it, and own the cats in question.
As of December this year, the 2 people they had partnered with to create a company and raise money for charities to support cat welfare shut the couple out of the social media accounts etc, fired them from the company and served legal action to confiscate all of their computers and electronics to prevent them alerting their supporters.
They are currently posting recycled content and looking to pocket all the proceeds from the goodwil established over the last 4 years. Apparently there is a gofundme to help with legal defenses @ GoFundMe 'chris-poole-legal-defense-fund'

I was a happy customer of Samsung for my mobile phones via the 'Samsung Upgrade Programme over the last 4 yeears - Not any more!!
Last night I ordered my upgraded phone, and paid extra for it to be delivered in before midday, to my work address. Previously it had to be delivered to the billing address, but since it gave me the option I thought the move from Close Borthers to Klarna for the finance had made a difference. Apparently not! When I checked my order after lunch, because I'd had no delivery attempt, email, sms etc, the order showed as 'Preparing for dispatch'. Not a good start.
I called up, and got through to a member of their team on a very quiet, poor line. She was obviously reading froma script, as she maintained that orders at the time I made them could not be delivered the next day. Furthermore, when I asked why the order now showed delivery to my home address, I was informed that it can only be delivered to the home address. It was apparently not their fault their own checkout allows you to book, pay for and select these options. I requested delivery to my home address on Saturday PM, or on Tuesday, as I was nowhere near home or my normal office on Monday - Saturday would be preferred as I would not need to try and take time off from work. I was promised an email or call back with an update later in the afternoon.
Imagine my suprise when I was emailed and SMSed by DPD later that evening (approx 6pm) to tell me my order had been dispatched, and would be delivered at some point on Monday - That I'd be contacted before 11 with a 1 hour time slot to expect delivery.
I immediately changed this to Tuesday, to cover myself, having had dealings with DPD before. I then called Samsung support again.
I was informed that my prvious conversation had resulted in a request for the logistics team to upgrade the delivery, but there had been no reply. I'd received their reply, which was apparently indifference.After a few rounds of explanation and repetition, as apparently they train their support people to pay attention or take notes, they grasped that I wanted it delivered on Saturday PM, or Tuesday. Unfortunately they couldn't change the service on the parcel from their end, and DPD had all gone home (I waited on hold rather than accepting a call back!). As such, I asked for my complaint to be escalated to a manager, and my upgraded delivery fee refunded. I was informed they could not request the refund of the delivery fee for the upgraded delivery they didn't provide, until the order was confirmed delivered.
And so I now await delivery of my new phone approximately 5 days late, and a call back from amanager that will likely never happen. Right now I'm not sure I will accept that delivery, or return it to sender, and go look at a Huawei or some other phone - I'm definitely not likely to be recommending Samsung to my friends, my partner or anyone else for a while based on this shockingly bad performance all round.

I couldn't be more impressed with Mazuma's service. I registered the mobile with them in the morning, sent it just after lunch by special delivery (just in case!), and they kept me up to date all the way through. I had my money before 2pm in my bank account!!
