Absolutely waste of money- no customer service

Absolutely waste of money. Smart watch Xgo2 doesn’t do what it suppose to do.
TRACKING OF KID GPS-not working
CALL- almost every time I call my kid it doesn’t work.
SIM CARD- few times it goes out position inside the phone and get an error message.
SO BIG AND SO USELESS.
CUSTOMER SERVICE- can’t call no one/ sent 2 email for help…received reply that they could not help because one was looking after UK area and the other one somewhere else.
Is this how xplora rip off customer?
I am so disappointed ..kid Christmas gift!!! Amazing!!

Customer service in Denmark is available Monday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm every day.
We can be contacted by email - [email protected] and phone +45 70 71 50 75


Customer service always responds to its emails and preferably quickly. If your email has not reached the Danish department, I think you should try again so we can get it resolved.

I know customer service is ready to help you.

I'm sorry many times that the watch has not lived up to your expectations, but I'm sure we'll probably get it fixed.

Customer service not available

I contracted them around Christmas as internet provider for my new apartment,
They send me 10 emails and text message to tell me to be at home yesterday because they were connecting p, finally my internet.
I spent all day home waiting for nothing as they did not show up.
Yesterday I also tried to call them and after 1 and half an hour the line went down.
I have started to contact them today at 9am, now after 40 minutes no answer.
I am not the kind of guy reviewing but this is quite unbelievable...I can’t contact them and they answer you to an email after 3 days.
If you like to be looked after stay away.p from them.
I hope to contact them soon and get this cancelled.
I can’t speak to them and I got no internet..so I can’t work from home and doing my online schooling for kid.
Amazing!isn’t it?
