Was incorrectly told an item was available online. I ordered it, had it delivered to the store. When I arrived at the store a week later (and another 28km round trip) I was informed that the product wasn’t in stock!

We are very sorry to hear that you experienced issues with your order. We understand how frustrating it must have been to drive all the way to the store without being informed that the product was out of stock.
This is, of course, not the experience we want for our customers, and we will look into this issue immediately to prevent similar situations in the future.
We are STILL waiting to hear from Ticketmaster customer services, regarding a refund for Playboi Carti tickets. We have supplied them with the information they requested and after 2 more emails to chase them up we are still waiting. Come on Ticketmaster customer services………
The worst customer services. Ever!!! My son purchased a (700kr) ticket for a concert that has been ‘postponened’ without a new date. He has been informed he is'nt entitlted to a refund. He is hoping to sell the ticket but can no longer log in on ticket master. We have tried on numerous occasions to change password, however the link has never been sent. We have also directly emailed the Madz Salby who emailed him informing that he is not entitled to a refund & he has not replied. (we have also emailed supportatlivenation.dk, however no response!
Bestilling var nemt og levering var hurtigt men væren var ikke sammen kvalitet som på hjemmesiden og kurv var virkelig dårligt form. Har kontakte Luxo og fik denne svar
Varen, du bestilte, er i naturligt materiale, hvilket betyder, at varen ikke kan være 100% identisk med hinanden eller billederne. NB! Da kurven er lavet af naturligt materiale, kan hver kurv variere lidt med hensyn til udtryk og variation i størrelse. -> dette er også angivet på varen på vores hjemmeside.
Fik et sms at min vare var klar til afhentning kl 10.13 imorges. Jeg kørte 29km til butik, kl 13 og min varevar ikke klar! Kørt hjem igen. Håber den er klar til imorgen.

Vi er rigtig kede af at du oplevede at din vare ikke var klar trods du havde fået en SMS herom. Det er bestemt ikke i orden, at den SMS er blevet sendt hvis varen ikke var klar. Det er meget beklageligt at vi ikke levede op til forventningerne denne gang.

A nice experience but overpriced. Classic massage 925kr for 50 minutes. The worst wellness massage I’ve ever had. Drenched in oil, extremely light touch and when she asked if I had any problem areas she just stuck to her routine and didn’t work on the problem area I mentioned. Quite sure it was less than 50 minutes! The spa itself is well equipped and tranquil. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Would have been nice with a tour of the facilities at arrival.
