.Leen Bakker is the worst shop I’ve had experience with. We’ve ordered 2 wardrobes in September,wanting them to be delivered on 14th December. In the meantime we were receiving phone calls once a week with same question “where do you want to have it delivered?”. Week before arrival they informed us there is only one of them ready for delivery. The other one was a mystery. No one could explain why it can’t come to our place together with the other one and when is going to be the new delivery.It was problematic also for person,who has been hired by us to montage both of the wardrobes as he couldn’t accomplish his job and we’ve paid him upfront.After the arrival of first wardrobe (came with missing drawer and we won’t be refunded! ) we’ve been several times in the shop in Amsterdam Noord trying to talk to manager (who’s sent some other worker as he couldn’t speak English,great manager btw!) ok. This lady tried to do her best to arrange proper order. We’ve also contacted the customer service multiple times. They sent us on 17 Dec. email with planned new delivery on 28th Dec.,which of course didn’t take place. We’ve even got time frame from transport company. After al, nothing has happened. Again calling customer support. The lady on the phone was terrible. She couldn’t help nor explain anything.She gave new appointment for 29 January saying “ it’s just simple delay,you get it next year “So after all this months of mess,stress,phone calls,visits to the shop etc.we still don’t have the wardrobe and we are not even sure if it’s ever gonna take place and they took advanced payment for that. SO SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND DO NOT BUY AT LEEN BAKKER!!!
