Placed an order 2nd Dec. The website says:
When your order is received, an order confirmation is sent. We usually ship within 1-2 business days and deliver your order within 5-7 business days.
Chased up my order by email on 13th Dec and was told by Anshuman in a reply email that it had been dispatched 11th Dec and it will take 4-7 working days, however, no tracking information. This took us to Monday 22nd Dec. Nothing. Emailed 23rd. No response. Emailed 24th. No response. Emailed 29th requesting refund. No response. It’s now 2nd Jan and still no response. I’ve emailed on info@ and concerns@ email addresses and nothing back. Disappointed because no order and pissed off because they have my money and are not replying to my emails.

Greyfriars car park in Cardiff. Visited 23/03/24. Surprised there were spaces given that it was a Saturday. No tariff signs at all on the floor we parked, floor 1. Went shopping. Came back after 5.5 hours. Tariff was £33!!! Could not believe it. Had to use the pay machines as there were signs everywhere advising the app was down. If we’d used the app to pay, the tariff would’ve been shown and there is no way we would’ve stayed. Tariff after 5hrs was £33. Talk about rip-off Britain. Finally found a tariff sign on the exit/entrance which we did not see in the way in. Never again. Now I know why there were space on a Saturday. Never been charged this much, even in London.

I originally gave the car park a 1star review. Since writing my original review, I have had direct contact from Bryony who listened to my complaint and offered an acceptable resolution. Quick, precise email correspondence and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I’ve now given 3 stars because I think the car park prices are still too expensive, but if I was able, I would give 5 stars for the customer service I’ve received since my complaint. Thank you, Bryony.

Bought the blue raspberry vodka for a birthday gift. Came well packaged. On opening the parcel, the glass i thought I’d ordered wasn’t in there. Turned out, I’d bought the wrong product. I emailed Au and asked if they could send me a glass. Had a lovely email back from them advising it was in the post, not a problem. My friend is very pleased with her gift and I’m very pleased with the customer service afforded to me.

Have ordered several times and no problems with orders or returns. Had to return two items recently which were on pre-order which meant they were out of date to return on the returns form I had. I emailed which I didn’t get a response from after a week. Went on to do a live chat with Chloe who was very helpful and all sorted within a few minutes. She emailed the returns label and off they went. Would use again.

No problems in ordering new air pods. Did ask if they could speed up the delivery time which was about a week and they arrived 2 days before they were originally expected, so all good.

Excellent bottle. Best one I’ve bought and water is kept fresh and crisp. My only negative is having to buy a dust bag separately. I think, given the price of the bottle, this should come as standard. Otherwise, very happy.

Ordered £500 worth of clothes, mostly jeans, on line and had delivered. Paid for delivery, no problem. Had two emails 3 days after later saying some items out of stock. Two items weren’t even included in the delivery. I didn’t like any of the items I ordered so tried to return back to store rather than paying for return postage and was told I couldn’t, it had to be posted back. I was told by the member of staff I spoke to that customers are advised this when you order, that it was on my order confirmation. It’s not. It is however in the returns terms and conditions. This should be clear BEFORE you place an order. I wouldn’t have bothered if I had known. Cost me £16 to return because of the weight in the parcel. What an absolute rip off. Didn’t realise HOF had been taken over by Sports Direct company and this is why I don’t order from them either. You even have to pay to have an item delivered to a store?! This should be standard customer service. I will not be ordering from HOF again. This used to be a company that showed class and excellent customer care. Not any more.

Couldnt find a card i liked for my son on the high street so tried funky pigeon. Created a card exactly as i wanted it and it was delivered as requested.
