I ordered from them for the first time 3 weeks ago. Food has still not ben delivered. I have told them 3 times now this week to cancel and refund,but they have still not done so as of this writing. I will not be ordering from them again.
My account was funded this past spring close to the market bottom and immediately began losing money and continued to be in the red for the next month or so while the market was rising. I then suspended trading in my Nirvana account and requested my joining fee be returned and the account closed. This was refused. Very disappointed. Perhaps you'll have a different experience.

We understand your frustration with the initial performance of your account. As you mentioned, your account was funded in the spring. While the market did show some overall growth during that time, it's important to remember that our OmniFunds, like all investment vehicles, are not immune to market fluctuations and can experience periods of drawdown. The drawdown you experienced, while certainly disappointing, was well within the historical range we've observed and is a normal part of the investment cycle.
We were pleased to see that some of our OmniFunds had a strong performance in July, outperforming the market by multiples. This highlights the long-term potential of our strategies, and we regret that you were not able to see the results of this recovery.
Regarding your refund request, we want to clarify the process. When you joined, you signed a mutual agreement outlining the conditions for a refund, which state that you would be eligible for a refund after one year, subject to certain conditions. Our customer service representative was simply abiding by the terms of that agreement. This policy is in place to ensure a fair and consistent experience for all our clients and to allow our investment strategies sufficient time to perform.

I signed up for a trial cleaning to see how well they did. The house was already clean but the kitchen ovens and stovetop needed further cleaning. I left the clener to it and came back a few hours later to discover that the kitchen looked exactly the same. Complete waste of money. Then Homeaglow started charging my card a monthly fee, so I told them I didn't realize that was part of their trial deal, and asked them to cancel. They didn't cancel and charged me another monthly fee, then demanded $167 to cancel. Yep, they charge you a fee to cancel a monthly service you didn't even realize you had signed up for. I do not trust this company at all and am very unhappy with their service and billing practices.
