Absolute joke of customer service
Absolute joke of customer service & general experience. They took the hosts side - after they left my parents without heating in a flat, only to bring 2 electric heaters on the last night of their stay - out of 3 nights.
Also - SERIOUS GDPR BREACH as the housekeeper has called me on my mobile, without me requesting or having any idea how she got my number.
You cannot leave 2 people over 65 without heating or compensation in January !!! Will get legal advice regarding the GDPR breach.
