Bought the long fire logs and the slow…

Bought the long fire logs and the slow time night burn blocks. The long blocks are ok but do not last 3 hours, maybe an hour. They are smokeless and give good heat. The night bricks last maybe 4 to 5 hours for useful heat but do smoke if care not taken with air flow.


Would I buy them again? For my situation, no. I can see that they would work for many but for us, no.

We’re sorry to hear that the EmberGlow night briquettes and Blazebox fire blocks didn’t meet your expectations.

Burn time can vary depending on the stove, airflow, and preheating. Since we don’t know the exact setup of your stove, we recommend placing the briquettes in a preheated stove and, once they are properly alight, adjusting the settings to find what works best for your situation.

Nearly all the coffees are to my taste

Nearly all the coffees are to my taste. They fit my machine well (mostly). Occasionally, there is a capsule that isn’t quite right and the flow is slow/stops. This is fixed by stopping the water, slightly opening machine and starting again.

Would I buy again? Yes, I kept my subscription.

Great Outdoor grill

The grill and tripod was delivered on time and was larger than expected. Note that 60cm is pretty big - even though you might not thing so.

The fire pit it's self is well constructed and will last a long time. I've used it several times already. One small modification that I will be making is o drill a few holes in the bottom. This will let water out when it rains and also a little bit of air in.

One small problem was that the tripod was damaged. The pulley over which the chain for the grill goes was bent. Not a big thing for me, a little bit of work with a pair of pliers and it's fixed.

Would I recommend this?Absolutely. Great product for price.

Ordered and paid for and yet it took a fair bit longer than advertised to arrive. This would seem for the par in relation to other comments for this seller.
