This is one of the worst HR companies I’ve ever worked with past 25 years . They are an incompetent , complete money pit and appear to ignore basic employment law standards. They accept almost any investigation or service ,mess it up as long as it generates more revenue, whether it’s necessary or not.
They pressure clients to pay invoices the same day it raised and then overcharge—unexplained billing multiple times for the same service if you don’t catch it you will pay triple. Their billing practices feel shady and purely money-driven.
The finance office is extremely disorganized and incompetent. Errors are frequent, and resolving them is frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, the service is very unprofessional.
I have over 25 years of experience working with HR services and systems, in addition bright HR they sell it terrible, this is by far the worst service and system and customer service I’ve encountered. I dealt with issues for months.
Stay away.

have been paying back a loan with this company for 3 years, yet my repayment balance has not gone down. This has caused me serious concern and frustration. I expected transparent information about my payments and the remaining balance, but this has not been my experience.Keep away!

I was not happy with the service. My mortgage doubled, and I had to pay 3.5 times my first month's mortgage due to poor remortgage information I received and timing. They could not fix the issue. I had to spend 5 hours on the phone with the mortgage provider to fix this issue while they did not give any support and still took their commission, I will never use their service again.

I am extremely thankful for the ARAG support lawyer I was assigned due to an issue I faced with my employer; their assistance is life-changing.

First time I used online website fir Turkish food in 20 years, I was not sure how it will turn out but all the products are of great quality especially olives, cheese to sucuk were the best quality,

Paying £15 for 30 sarma was not worth it in my opinion, SARMA was not cooked and after preparing sauce cooking 70 minutes, it did not turn out well, I rather have cooked apart from that I will buy all other products

I Had a very bad experience with gala hotels, whne i arrived to sheraton /havana cuba my hotel said they only confirm one night not 2 and charged me twice as much even i made my payment full ,i send my 48 hours in cuba to try to contact gala hotels but no luck!it was a nightmare! finally sort it (5 days later) but it cosy me lots of money refi=und email and very expensive phone calls to uk ,never again!
