Beyond appalling....

Since the Sainsbury credit card was moved over to Nat West, the ease of payment has been truly appalling!! How can Nat West not recognise HSBC?? I now have to transfer funds to Monzo to even begin the payment process every month. Will be closing our joint account forthwith

Customer service is outstanding!

Customer service is outstanding!! I submitted an order for some Christmas cards,which I wasn't entirely happy with. Partly my fault as I didn't measure the cards properly. Contacted Photobox and they immediately offered a credit so I could order a different card. When the order came today, I was blown away by the quality, and also the quality of the mug that I also ordered. Thank you so much!!

Don't bother buying the Easy Clean…

Don't bother buying the Easy Clean 360...it isn't fit for purpose. I was then told I would have to pay to send it back. Was easier to bin it. Disappointed this time

Thanks for your reply. But as stated, I contacted customer services to be told I had to pay to return it!! So, a no quibble guarantee for a product not fit for purpose is useless, in my opinion

Not great.

Can't quite believe that 3 mothers day pots, which should have spelt MUM came in fact, as UMU. Quite disappointing. I didn't want to make a fuss, as the plants were a gift from my son, and I wouldn't dream of seeming ungrateful. Customer services said they would offer a full refund to my son if he contacted them. Not great. Now out of stock. So if anyone has MMM, please let me know. Or else, I'll just buy 3 pots myself

Incredibly helpful

Needed to have another set of previously transferred VHS to DVD old home movies copied, and needed to have them to take to a funeral in Hereford. Enhanced Imaging were so helpful, as I really hadn't given them a lot of time, but they did them straight away. Thank you so much. It was one less thing to have to worry about, and it was so very much appreciated

The best weekend away, ever. Thank you

On the weekend of 1st to 4th April, a group of 22 (old friends from Nottingham University) were lucky enough to hire the use of this lovely venue. Well; I simply cannot rate it highly enough, and this was the sentiment that was widely felt in the entire group. It met our needs perfectly and we certainly intend to return in the future. The house was spotless, and incredibly well equipped. Every bedroom was lovely. We stayed in the annexe near the hot tub. We arranged a large Ocado delivery which came on the Friday, and ate out two of the three nights. We had an Indian takeaway on the Saturday night, which we ate in the lovely big dining room. The house, itself was lovely and warm, and the 2 dishwashers in the spacious kitchen area made any self catering a breeze. We walked a total of 21 miles over the space of the weekend, in the picturesque Wye Valley I'm guessing our lovely stay was completed by the fact that every member of our lovely group was respectful of the beautiful property, and sadly, as in a lot of situations, I can imagine that some people, especially in a large group, may not have the same level of respect for other people's property.

Well it has been 5 years since I underwent laser eye surgery at the London Vision Clinic. I cannot fault any aspect regarding results, care or communication that I received prior to, during or after surgery. We have been loyal Tastecard customers…

We have been loyal Tastecard customers for many years, and have never had a problem with it. We totally accept all the terms and conditions and it does, in effect, save having to look out voucher codes.
Obviously, we allowed it to lapse due to covid, as I'm sure many people did. After some serious retail marketing, we have just re enlisted in the program, which we have never paid more than £29.99 per year for.
After the trial period that was offered elapsed, we found we were charged £5.99 for the next month.
So, it would appear that the price of this service has inexplicably risen from £29.99 per year to £71.88!!
Just be aware! After my email to them, I have been told the rates do differ and I could "have it for £29.99" if I wanted it for the year (which I do!)
I'm obviously very disappointed with Tastecard at the moment. It doesn't seem very honest or transparent to me
