My wife used my e-mail address for an account with this company, since deleted, but ever since then I have been bombarded with spam messages, all of which appear to be Phishing from odd looking sender e-mail addresses.
It's the only instance of her using my e-mail, so it definitely seems to be linked in some way.

Chronopost claim to have lost traceability of my package, it took them over 2 weeks for me to find out as they can't be bothered to update things.
Worse still, the package was a replacement for one that they had damaged and subsequently destroyed.
The message service said they would contact me within 2 hours, they didn't. I then had to go through the whole chat again the next day and they still didn't help. Utterly useless French customer service where a problem ignored is a problem solved.

I was informed that my parcel was in the letterbox, it wasn't there.
I raised a complaint, only to be told to download a form, fill it in attesting that I was telling the truth or I could be fined €15,000 or sent to prison, scan it and send it back to Colis Prive.
I suggested they ask the delivery driver where it was.
The very next day, without any notification, the parcel was delivered.
Clearly an incompetent company and one to avaoid as this is the second time they have let me down.

Every time this company have been assigned to deliver a parcel to me they have failed to honour their first delivery day. The problem is that they don't let you know they can't deliver until you have spent all day waiting for them.
I now unfortunately have another delivery due next week with a delivery time of before 22:00 hrs, so, I not only have to wait in all day, but the evening too. If this one doesn't turn up on time I will start contacting sellers to ask them to avoid this company.

Après avoir suivi le suivi de mon colis, il est finalement arrivé au dépôt de distribution DB Schenker en France. Une semaine plus tard, il était toujours au dépôt, j'ai donc conduit 45 minutes jusqu'au dépôt pour voir ce qui se passait.
A mon arrivée, ils m'ont d'abord dit d'aller dans un autre dépôt, à 90 minutes de route.
J'ai ensuite montré au personnel un e-mail indiquant qu'il était dans leur dépôt.
Et voilà, il était là, dans un coin de l'entrepôt sur le sol, totalement brisé et inutile, c'était une nouvelle vitre pour une voiture.
J'ai refusé de l'accepter et j'ai depuis été remboursé par l'expéditeur.
Pourquoi le personnel de DB Schenker ne m'a-t-il pas informé au début lorsqu'il a su que la vitre était brisée, plutôt que de me faire attendre une semaine.
La réponse, c'est la France, où le véritable service client est inexistant et où la devise est : Un problème ignoré est un problème résolu !
J'espère que l'expéditeur sera remboursé par Scenker car c'était un article très cher.

A few weeks ago I witnessed a collision whilst waiting in a car park. When I looked for the video footage, there was a gap of 17 minutes where there was nothing, so I couldn't help the owner whos car had been hit.
As if that wasn't bad enough, yesterday, my wife's Range Rover was involved in a hit and run which has caused a lot of damage to her car. When I checked the footage, front and rear, it's useless. It's impossible to see the other car's number. What a total waste of time.
We have these in both of our cars, mine's an Aston, so as I now have no confidence in them whatsoever, I shall find a different make.
I definitely can't recommend the 622GW.

I thought about dealing with this company but changed my mind when my bank refused a transfer to them.
Since then, in the past two weeks, I have had 31 phone calls from various people trying to talk me into investing with them.
They seem so desperate for my money it screams SCAM!

It's now the 18th and since my review I have had another 11 calls from different people. My phone number and details have obviously been shared, which I am not happy about.

I have just upgraded to a 622GW from a 422GW. As my cameras are hard wired, it was great to find that the mounts are the same, so, all that I had to do was change the front camera. Easy!

This site downloaded a lot of unwanted apps and a browser. Windows detected Malware. I had to clean up the registry to get rid of everything it downloaded.
Definitely not safe.

Il ne s'agit pas d'une taxe prélevée par les Douaines, il s'agit de frais de traitement de La Poste et totalement disproportionnés puisque vos frais étaient presque équivalents à l'article acheté.

Bon produit et difficile à trouver en brico's, donc Mano Mano a sauvé la mise. Livraison rapide également. Merci.

I have travelled on Eurotunnel over 300 times since 2006, so I have a good idea of how it has evolved. The simple answer is that it has become a lot worse.
Customer service is virtually non existant and there is never a genuine reason given for delays, normal for French companies who don't realise that the rest of the world value their customers, as without them, there is no business.
Frequent traveller has disappeared, seemingly for ever, so thank goodness I no longer have to travel for work.
Finally, the last delay, for which no reason was given, as usual, led my wife to risk using the ferry next time. She suffers from seasickness, so that should be fun!
Apart from that, since the fire some years ago, the track geometry has been awful.
Would I recommend Eurotunnel. Not really.
I now expect a standard copy and paste answer.
