My Truthful Work Experience With “Provincial Smart Home Services” (Formerly Home Care Now)!

Approximately back in December Of 2020, I found this job through Indeed.com when the company was called “Home Care Now“. I applied for this job because of my Strong Telemarketing Background in dealing with Windows, Doors, Backup Water Valves, etc. and got hired right away based on my credentials in their very small, start-up office which Grew Way Too Fast For Their Own Good!

When I started here, we used a system called the Portal and it was Super Amazing and Quite Easy and Efficient to use. Carter was my trainer at that time and he was Excellent in training ME. I was hired to book appointments for customers to get free assessments in order to hopefully buy products that they actually need at reasonable prices such as Water Heaters, Furnaces, etc.

I was Not the sales person going to the doors so I did Not know all the details of what went on during the appointments since the owners really did Not Want Me Knowing What Goes On, but it did Not take ME long to find that out from the many customers that I spoke to over the phone who called their company a Scam almost every single day that I was working here and I could Not understand Why for quite some time, but it eventually made sense to ME based on the Very High, Over Inflated Prices that they charge their customers compared to other competitors.

Fortunately, the customers have ten (10) days to Cancel if they are Smart Enough and have done their Homework and as a Homeowner, I would always get a Second (2nd) and even Third (3rd) Opinion when it comes to buying HVAC equipment, but from what my understanding is coming from the customers, they told ME that the sales representatives would basically tell them that they really need to make up their mind now on the spot or they will Not Get The Deal that they offered them.  Please Note:  As a Homeowner, you need to get more than one (1) opinion on products like this just to make sure that You are Paying the Right Price!  That is just Plain,Basic, Common Sense!Another Reason Of Why Customers Called This Company A Scam:  Many of the Appointment Setters such as Carter were Lying To Customers By Falsely Telling Them That They Do Not Have To Pay Out Of Pocketbook which is Hogwash!  I Never,Ever Said That To Customers Cause It Is Way Beyond A Lie and Any Customer Would Know This During The Visit!Please Remember This Line If Anything From My Truthful, Negative Review!  Nothing Is Free In Life!  Absolutely Nothing!   Moving Right Along:  I was very Successful at this job in making constant appointments and getting Extremely Small Commissions of ONLY $25.00 Dollars per sale in Return which is Not Even Close To The 1% That All Of The Other Companies Were Paying Me which was the Standard Commission In The HVAC Industry For Making Successful Appointments that Sell!I can Not even reiterate on how many times I brought this up to Moe and Khalid, the owners (face to face) and via text messaging and they Promised to Make Up The Difference for ME which obviously Never Happened!Moving Forward:  At the very beginning I worked a few days per week because I had another job that I was also depending on but since I was so good at what I did, one (1) of the owners asked ME to work more days and I eventually Quit All Of The Other Jobs that I had and decided to Work There Full Time which was good because I needed the money.  I moved up to like working for them five (5) days per week and then to seven (7) days per week.

Westside Rentals Is Not To Be Trusted

Westside Rentals Is Not To Be Trusted, Nor Used Anymore!

For about 20 years, I was using WestsideRentals.com to find prospective tenants to rent from me with No Problems, whatsoever!

However, back in 2016, all of this had Changed For The Worst!

One of their previous customer service managers named Zack told ME that a prospective tenant called ME and said that I was Rude which was such a Big Lie!

The only people who were Rude were some of the callers, but Not all of them, however, I was Never Rude Back To Them!

I may have hung up on them or told them Not To Call Me Back, but that is Defending My Business and Not Being Rude at all!

Furthermore, when I last spoke to Zack back in 2016, he told ME that he would reactivate my account if I wait for six (6) months which would put me up to some time in May of 2017.

Earlier on today being Wednesday, May 24, 2017, I called up Westside Rentals at 310-395-7368 and the man of whom I spoke to on the phone told ME that Zack is No Longer Working There and he told ME that there was a Note In The Computer Stating That I Can No Longer Place Rental Advertisements With Them Anymore with No Reason Given!

It is Simply Amazing How The Stories Get Changed Around!

One Thing I Would Like To Know: If I Am Not Allowed To Place Rental Advertisements With Them, Then How Come They Were Emailing Me Almost Every Single Month Asking Me To Place Paid Advertisements With Them?

Get Your Story And Business Straight!

Westside Rentals Obviously Does Not Know How To Operate Their Business Properly, Nor Professionally At All!

Please Note: Westside Rentals has been Prejudice and Racist towards ME for Invalid Reasons and they have absolutely No Evidence To Support Their Case Against Me!

When I come back to Los Angeles in August of 2017, I will see Westside Rentals in Small Claims Court for their Abuse Of Prejudice And Racism Against Me!

No Wonder Why Westside Rentals Got So Many Negative Reviews!

As a Reminder, I have written to Your Southern California Gas Company More Than Once About The Same, Exact Issue And/Or Complaint Within The Last Five (5) Years and so far Up Until This Date, Your Company Has Still Failed To Do Anything About It When You Actually CAN!

This has been Nothing, but a Bloody Nuisance during all of these years because I have asked Your Southern California Gas Company to Offer A Credit Charge Charging And/Or Processing Service In Order To Have My Credit Card Charged Automatically So That I Am Never Late Making A Payment Like I Was This Time Around and so far the Southern California Gas Company Has Done Nothing About It, But Totally And Deliberately Inconvenience Me As Their Southern California Gas Company Eight (8) Year, Plus Customer!

Please Note: Southern California Gas Company Makes Billions Of Dollars Per Year And Yes, You CAN Afford To Offer An Automatic Billing Program For Those Utility Customers That Want To Utilize It!

Sadly, the Southern California Gas Company Seems To Be The Only One Who Does Not Want To Offer It!

Southern California Gas Company Needs To Seriously Get With The Times, but Apparently Is Very Much Backwards In Technology And In Offering Their Customers Only The Best In Their Credit Card And/Or Billing Collection Processing Services!

As A Google Guide, Level #4 With Over 1,000,000 Views Per Month On My Work, I Could NOT Possibly Offer The Southern California Gas Company A Five Star Rating And/Or Write The Southern California Gas Company A Perfect Five Star Review Until They Offer Me And The Rest Of Their Utility Customers Out There What We Want And Deserve And That Is CONVENIENCE!

Actually, I should say Congratulations to Myself for finding Regina Williams and ARC Capital because they have Saved My Life!

If it were Not for Regina Williams's email asking me if I still need their help, then perhaps I would still be looking and searching for another Hard Money Lender and Yes, they are Not that easy to find.

Furthermore, I had a Very Bad Experience With Westar Lending Group out in Tarzana, California and because this company which included BRADLEY HUGHES Had LIED To Me ON Paper So Many Times and Never Offered Me A Legitimate, Honest Loan, I had to go out there and get a Second Opinion and that is where ARC Capital Came Into Play!

Regina Williams is Honest and does Not have time to play games and/or stall my Loan to get me an answer.

She works fast and diligent and Gets The Job Done Only Right!

If Regina Williams feels that You are Not Qualified For Any Of Her Loan Programs, then she will let You know within one (1) week; instead of within one (1) month like Westar Lending Group did to ME!

I can Not commend Regina Williams and more than Highly Recommend Her to anyone seeking Out a Hard Money Loan and/or a Regular Loan because her Work, Job Performance and Integrity are Above The Clouds and are Second None To Only The Best!

Do Not Do Business With Westar Lending Group For The Following Reasons...

Since late December of 2016, I was seriously looking for a Hard Money Loan since I knew that I would Not Qualify for a regular loan due to my credit being recently ruined through Fraudulent Activity that was caused over the internet without my signature, authorization and I was out of the country as well when it happened and I also have a Valid Police Report to Back Myself Up 100%, along with Letters From Legal Aid To Prove My Innocence.

In any case, I was in contact with the owner of Westar Lending Group and I honestly thought that his company was Right For Me, but Boy Was I Wrong!

However, when we started talking earlier on, I told him that the reason of Why I approached his company was because his advertisements state that he does loans which do Not Require Excellent Credit and do Not Require Income Verification!

In Addition, he told me that I would also Not Require An Appraisal as well and so based upon all of these circumstances, I believed his company was Right For Me!

Well, I went through his online application process with him and provided everything that he needed and he told me that he would get back to me.

Well, he did and told me that the type of Hard Money Loan that I would Qualify for would be for 9% and I could get anywhere from 3-5 years Without Having Any Appraisal, whatsoever.

I told him that that would be fine and that I am Interested.

I must have waited nearly a month before he got back to me with any Potential News and I can Not Stress On How Many Times I Have Called And Emailed Him about it because I knew how important this loan to me.

Even my California Licensed Contractor had called him and emailed him about it because of the long waiting and stalling to get an answer from the owner of Westar Lending Group.

Eventually I did get an answer from him almost one (1) month later and the Bad News was that he could Not Offer Me The Loan That He Had Promised And Gave Me On Paper For The 9%.

He claimed that none of his investors would offer me anything at that 9% Rate and that the Only Thing That One Of His Investors Could Possibly Offer Me Was Just A One Year Loan For A Lousy 11%, Plus I Would Have To Pay An Additional $400.00 or so to have an Appraisal!

Well this is Not What the owner of Westar Lending Group had said to me, nor offered Me From The Very Beginning!

Not Even Close!

I did ask him to search for other investors Who Can And Are Willing To Offer Me The Original 9% Rate that the owner of Westar Lending Group told ME would be available to ME, however, he NOW claims that NONE of his investors would ever offer me a rate that low.

Get Real?

Well, I told him that I would get a second opinion elsewhere to search for a much Better Loan And Rate from a company that was Much More Honest And More Legitimate than from the owner of the Westar Lending Group and Fortunately, I Found One for 9% and even without that Stupid $400.00 Appraisal Fee and For At Least Five (5) Years.

Can You Believe It?

In Fact, I am going to the Capital City Of Buenos Aires, Argentina to Sign The Documents On Thursday, February 23, 2017 so Yes, I am finally Happy and Excited About It!

What A Relief?

However, I am NOT Happy, Nor Excited about Westar Lending Group's Games or Misinformation that they have given ME from the beginning until the end of dealing with them.

Enclosed, in my (21) pages of documents, please find copies of most of the communication that I had with the owner of Westar Lending Group about my 9% Loan which Never Existed for your reference and further review.

Based on what I had gone through with the owner of the Westar Lending Group in such a short period of time, I would Never Recommend Them To Anybody Seeking Out A Legitimate, Honest Hard Money Loan and/or Any Loan For All That Matters!

No Way, Jose!

I Honestly do Not even know Why I ever bothered to sign up with them!

It was Definitely a Big Mistake!

This company does Not Provide Factual Information that Makes Any Common Sense To My Credit and/or Credit Reports, Period!

The only thing they did to ME was Constantly Send Me Out Useless, Inundated Emails Informing ME of Untruths In Regards To Existing Fraud (That I Already Know About) on my Credit Report that is Not Even Mine and I have a VALID POLICE REPORT and LETTERS FROM LEGAL AID to back ME Up 100%!

Furthermore, Evolution Finance, Inc. (Wallethub) would also Send Me Out Multiple Emails Telling ME That I Missed A Payment With American Express When I do NOT Owe Them A Penny And Closed My Account Back In The Year Of 2016 Due To Fraud That Was Committed Online Without My Signature, Permission, Authorization And I Was Also Out Of The Country When It Happened!

As I had stated this company is Useless and Does Not Deserve To Be In Business since They Do Not Send Me Out The Correct And Truthful Information Pertaining To My Personal Credit and/or Credit Reports.

Obviously.

Please NOTE: After recently receiving Numerous Bogus, Useless Emails From Them About the Fraudulent Transactions from American Express which I already know about since 2016 back when I had Closed My Account, I Got Very Angry And Upset At Them And Demanded Them To Stop Sending Me Their Junk Emails!

Well, these Evolution Finance, Inc. (Wallethub) Employees Continued To Bother Me With Their Emails And Then I Had It With Them and Told Them That I Will Publish Negative Reviews About Them To Every Social Media Outlet Out There That I Work With And Told Them Off Really Good!

Once I Said That, Then They Decided To Close My Account And They Are So Pretentious About Everything That They Do And Say Online By Always Trying To Be Nice And Well Mannered Which Is All Fake Because They Are Too Busy Hiding Behind A Closed Wall With Just A Computer In Front Of Them.

Please...I Can't Stand Weak People Who Can Not Even Be Man Enough To Discuss Something Like This Over The Telephone, or Better Yet, In Person...Face-To-Face!

I Dare Them!

However, Since I Am An Executive Social Media Writer, Promoter and Reviewer With Google and Many Other Social Media Websites, I am NOW Publishing These Negative Reviews, Along With Documents To Show How Low Class Of A Company They Are.

My Advice To You Is Please Do Not Use Evolution Finance, Inc.(Wallethub).

Stay Away From Them!

Howard signed up for WalletHub's free credit monitoring service and started received genuine alerts about important changes on his Transunion credit report. These alerts did not originate from WalletHub but from TransUnion. Howard did not like those alerts and decided to start swearing at WalletHub as if we did something wrong....

To use an analogy it is kind of like a passerby asking a restaurant for a glass of water, receiving it and then proceeding to post negative reviews because it didn't have bubbles.

How is your day today in sunny Godoy Cruz, Mendoza Argentina and/or wherever You are in the World?

My day could be going much better, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Thursday, December 15, 2016, I took one of your long distance bus rides going from Bahia Blanca, Buenos Aires Argentina to Jujuy, Jujuy Argentina and I did Not have such a good travelling experience!

First of all, the Bus Ride was Supposed to be Executive Service, but according to what I saw, experienced and/or received that was Not The Case!

During the trip, the food that was served was All Sugary Junk Food and definitely Not The Type Of Food That You Would Want To Receive On A Bus.

Even on an airplane, You get Better Food in the Cheapest Seat Possible!

Not Only Was The Food Bad, but There Was No Toilet Paper Available In The Bathroom At All and There Was Also No Soap Available In The Bathroom either!

Is This What You Call Executive Bus Service?

I Would Hope Not, but that was Not The Case During My Andesmar Argentina Experience.

Since I am so angry and upset with Your Service, I am requesting for Half The Money and/or Full Credit To Be Given Back To My Visa Credit Card With Chase Bank for my Inconvenience.

Shannon Shue Is The Best Real Estate Agent Ever!

God had actually led us to each other...

What happened is this?

I placed an advertisement on Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia and Craigslist because I was trying to find a Legitimate, Honest Tenant who can Pass A Background Check and has a Real Job, however, sadly, the only responses I was getting were from Unqualified Candidates who did Not Want To Do Background Checks or they were Drug Addicts, Alcoholics, Prostitutes or people with No Jobs and/or even No Money!

I just could Not believe the kinds of Garbage and Scum that I was getting from the responses just to find a Legitimate Tenant to Rent Out A Private Room for the Small Amount of $550.00 Dollars plus $550.00 Security Deposit which included All Utilities.

Anyway, through the Grace Of God, Shannon Shue came to My Rescue!

When she called me up on the phone back in December 2016 Just In Time Before I Took Off For My Argentina Trip and told me that she was from the Keller Williams Silicon Beach Real Estate Company, I was more than Impressed because I already knew that her company is a Five Star, Gold Winning Real Estate Company with an Excellent Track Record that only Represent and Employ The Best In Realtors.

Shannon Shue was Definitely the Blessing and the Answer that I needed to solve my Problem in my Property Management Career with respect to finding a Qualified Tenant and through her, I had the Best Luck That I Could Find.

She already had a Qualified Tenant who Not Only Had A Real Job, but was More Than Willing To Do A Credit Background Check and Thankfully it all worked out!

Shannon Shue is Not only a Qualified Real Estate Agent with at least Two (2) Years Of Experience, plus a Qualified Real Estate Investor with over (10) Years Of Experience, but she is a Problem Solver and She Solved My Problem!

I Love Working With Shannon Shue!

God had actually led us to each other...

What happened is this?

I placed an advertisement on Zillow, Hotpads, Trulia and Craigslist because I was trying to find a Legitimate, Honest Tenant who can Pass A Background Check and has a Real Job, however, sadly, the only responses I was getting were from Unqualified Candidates who did Not Want To Do Background Checks or they were Drug Addicts, Alcoholics, Prostitutes or people with No Jobs and/or even No Money!

I just could Not believe the kinds of Garbage and Scum that I was getting from the responses just to find a Legitimate Tenant to Rent Out A Private Room for the Small Amount of $550.00 Dollars plus $550.00 Security Deposit which included All Utilities.

Anyway, through the Grace Of God, Shannon Shue came to My Rescue!

When she called me up on the phone back in December 2016 Just In Time Before I Took Off For My Argentina Trip and told me that she was from the Keller Williams Silicon Beach Real Estate Company, I was more than Impressed because I already knew that her company is a Five Star, Gold Winning Real Estate Company with an Excellent Track Record that only Represent and Employ The Best In Realtors.

Shannon Shue was Definitely the Blessing and the Answer that I needed to solve my Problem in my Property Management Career with respect to finding a Qualified Tenant and through her, I had the Best Luck That I Could Find.

HSBC Bank Credit Card Customer Service Really Sucks Big Time!

Back on Monday, January 9, 2017, I called up my HSBC Mastercard Credit Card Company at (888) 662-4722 because I needed to get a hold of the Disputes Department regarding the status of a Dispute.

The hold time was beyond Disgusting, Ridiculous and Unacceptable.

When I called them up, I did get to speak to somebody, however, the representative told ME that I would need to get a hold of the Disputes Department and over the phone I was told that she would get me the answers that I need.

Well, I was on hold for at least 42 minutes and 30 seconds and sadly Not only did the representative Not come back to me on the phone, but she left me hanging there and then all of a sudden instead of holding for her, I ended up having the system take me back to the very beginning with a repeat of the same recorded message asking me to enter my credit card information all over again.

At that point, I just hung up.

Yes, I did file a complaint over this Horrible and Disgusting Situation, but all this Cheap, Selfish Company Can Do is write me back a Form Letter which I received back on Thursday, January 12, 2017 with Nothing, but Apologies and Excuses as to Why It Happened?

Well, this does Not Solve My Problem in the Very Least and this Low Class Credit Card Provider could have at least Compensated Me For The Inappropriate Hold Time, Plus Being Let Go By The Female Representative, Plus Ending Up Not Getting The Answers To My Dispute Questions To Begin With.

That Is Way Too Much To Go Through Coming From A Billion Dollar Company Who CAN Afford To Take Care Of Their Customers Properly, but just Does Not Care!

Obviously.

Amazon Allowed A Phishing/Scam Artist To Buy $300.00 Worth Of Fraudulent Gift Cards Out Of My Account And Never Put A Stop To It!

Amazon Is Worst Than My Bank!

I did write a letter back on Friday, October 7th, 2016 and they 100% Ignored It, until about a week before my Small Claims Lawsuit Court Date.

Anyway, here is the Whole Story:

I have been a victim of Amazon Online Fraud about one (1) year ago through Amazon and their company was able to take care of it for me, however, their Fraud Team obviously did NOT take enough precautions because about one (1) week ago (and we are talking about late September to very Early October of 2016, I suffered from their Amazon Fraud Again and when I reported it to their Customer Horrible Service Department, they told ME to just Change My Password and when I Changed The Password Over The Phone With One Of Their Representatives Still On The Line With Me, there were at least Two (2) More Fraudulent Charges Of Somebody Trying To Purchase Two (2) Additional $50.00 Dollar Gift Cards.

Their Horrible, Non Caring Customer Service Department then tried to Freeze My Account until further notice and told me that they would Reverse The Fraudulent Charges Over The Phone On A Recorded Line and even give ME a Generous Credit Applied To My Account For The Harassment, Humiliation And Fraud That Occurred On My Amazon Account For No Good Reasons.

The Reality: Sadly, the Fraud Charges have Not Gone Away and there is NO Generous Credit Of Any Amount Applied To My Account Either which I am Very Angry And Upset About to say the Very Least!

Please NOTE: The situation has ONLY Got Worst!

Furthermore, maybe about one (1) week later, I re-checked my account again and also Noticed That There Are An Additional Three (3) $100.00 Dollar Fraud Charges that have just been applied to my online account without my permission or legal consent for the dates of:
September 16, 2016 and August 25, 2016 and August 25, 2016.

September 16, 2016 Gift card claim (claim code xxxx-xxxxxx-GG34) $100.00
August 25, 2016 Gift card claim (claim code xxxx-xxxxxx-AYHU) $100.00
August 25, 2016 Gift card claim (claim code xxxx-xxxxxx-JNL3) $100.00

I am beyond angry and upset because Amazon Has Allowed This Illegal Fraud To Go Through, Regardless Of How Many Times I Change My Password.

Please NOTE: Since Amazon Did Not Reimburse Me For The Fraud Charges And Properly Apply An Acceptable Credit Of Compensation To My Account For The Negligence That They Recently Caused For The Second Time In A Row In One Full Year, I Did File A Small Claims Lawsuit Against Them at the Los Angeles Superior Court And Have Pictures And Screenshots To Show The Judge And I Can Also Subpoena The Past Records To Show Amazon's Past, Disgusting Continuous Negligence Of Allowing Fraud To Go Through And Continue As Usual.

Amazingly, around Thursday, December 15th, 2016 which was one day before my Small Claims Court Date against Amazon, I did receive a voicemail from Ms. Lizette Fernandez from Amazon's Legal Department (206 435 9880) lizettef @amazon.com who had several conversations with ME and despite all of my honesty and proof that I was a Victim Of Fraud, her response back to ME was that Amazon is Not Responsible For Any Type Of Fraud Resulting From Their Customers regardless of whether it was their fault or Not!

I was very angry and she was unwilling to do anything, however, I did fax her all of my documents that I had for court since I was Not Able To Make It To Court since I am out of the country and am hoping that she will reimburse All Of My Money Back To Me, Once And For All and then we can go our own separate ways!

Today is Saturday, December 17, 2016 and I am supposed to hear back from Ms. Lizette Fernandez from Amazon's Legal Department by this coming Friday, December 23, 2016.

If I do Not Get An Honest And Fair Resolution From Amazon about the Fraud Debits Being Reimbursed Back To My Account, then I will Refile The Small Claims Lawsuit again when I get back to Los Angeles by the beginning of August of 2017. No Problem!

Tenant Screening Background Check (Private Eye Reports) Is Number One!

I have used this company for several years and would use NO other!

Lex and his company do a Fine Job In Providing Background Checks and their reports are quite thorough.

You have two choices and I always have my prospective tenants do the more expensive one for $39.95 because You get Very Good Results which cover their Eviction History, Credit History, Criminal History, Employment History, Residential History, etc.

It is very hard today to find a company as good as Tenant Screening Background Check (also known as Private Eye Reports).

Furthermore, Not Only Is There Work Good, but they are Honest and have a lot of experience in analyzing backgrounds for various inquiries such as for tenant screening, employment, etc.

I more than Highly Recommend them to anyone needing a thorough background check.

Ray Charles Station / West Adams Needs A Lot Of Drastic Improvements

This Has Got To Be The Worst Ray Charles Station/West Adams 90016 Post Office Around!

Regarding: USPS Tracking # 23151470000041624468

Around Saturday, November 26, 2016, I received another Pink Slip Form #3849 Delivery Notice to pick up a parcel and once again, the sender's name was purposely and deliberately Not Written On The Pink Slip.

I can Not Reiterate On How Many Times I Contacted Ms. Hall, the Station Manager at (323) 933-1471 to make a Proper Arrangement to have the package dropped off, but Always Unsuccessfully!

When I had several conversations with her, I told her that I would print and sign my name and write in my home mailing address on the Pink Slip and leave it on top of my mailbox in order for her carrier to pick up and drop off my parcel in which was Never Done!

Instead the Postal Carrier just Ignored My Pink Slip and just kept on leaving more pink slips inside the mailbox.

Furthermore, during my last conversation with Ms. Hall which was on Friday, December 2, 2016, she gave me instructions to go online and make a re-delivery attempt in which I did and was told that the postal carrier would drop off the package back on
Saturday, December 3, 2016. Sadly that Never Happened!

When it did Not Happen, I contacted the post office almost immediately and was told that the postal carrier will Not Drop Off The Package regardless of whether I sign and fill in the Pink Slip and Leave It On My Mailbox Or Not!

I was then told to come back to the Ray Charles Station / West Adams, 4960 West Washington Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90016 Post Office on Monday, December 5, 2016 and bring with me my Pink Slip and pick up my package on that date.

Well the situation gets only Worst!

Therefore, back on Monday, December 5th, 2016, when I went inside the Post Office with my Pink Slip that I presented, I was told that the Package Is No Longer Waiting For Me At The Post Office and was On Its' Way Back To The Sender!

I was also told that they Only Hold The Package For Five (5) Days And That Is All!

For Your Information: Being Given And Fed Lies, Games and Purposeful Misinformation is Totally Disgusting, Dishonest and Highly Unacceptable!

All That I Wanted Was My Package In The First Place And I Followed The Instructions Of Leaving The Pink Slip On The Mailbox Signed And Filled Out and then the Mail Courier Purposely And Deliberately Ignored It!

Then after speaking with Ms. Hall, the Station Manager, I followed her Rules and had arranged for a New Delivery Date For The Very Next Day After Going On To Their Website To Process The Request which Never Happened because it was Never Redelivered!

Then I go inside the Post Office since those were the Last Instructions from the Last United States Postal Representative Whom I Had Spoken to bring in the Pink Slip and Pick Up The Package in which the Package Was No Longer There!

How Would You Feel If You Went Through All Of The Hoops, Chains and Whistles Only To End Up Nowhere In Trying To Pick Up Your Package?

Now The Package Is Going Back To The Sender In Florida For Invalid Reasons!

I Will Never Get To Pick Up And/Or Receive My Package Now Because As Of Wednesday, December 7, 2016, I will be on a Flight One Way To Buenos Aires, Argentina for about Eight (8) Months In Order To Finish A Promotional, Research Project With Tourism In Promoting The Country!

Yes, I Have More Than Every Right To Be Angry And P....d Off And Upset!

I do Not Trust The United States Postal Service Any Longer!

If this would have been with United Parcel Service, DHL or Federal Express, then this would have Never Happened!

Sprouts In Irvine, California Is The Bomb!

I have been to this particular location several times because there is Not one close to my home in Los Angeles, but every time I come here, I always find Nutritious and Healthy things to buy and eat.

I love their amazing selection of bulk products and once you come into their store, You really do Not want to leave.

In fact, when I was there today being Saturday, December 3, 2016, I asked Andrew who works there if I could get a Tent and camp out and I promised him that the store would be empty on the very next day because I would have ate everything.

ha ha ha.

In any case, You should come down and visit Sprouts if You are looking for ONLY the Best in Great Food!

World Aids Day was a Smash Hit!

Back on Wednesday, November 30, 2016, I participated in a March from Hollywood Boulevard and Schrader up to the Dolby Theatre for the World Aids Day which was also known as "Keep The Promise" which was being sponsored by the AHF (Aids Healthcare Foundation).

Once we got to the beautiful Dolby Theatre in which I have Never set foot in before, we then headed inside for a Fantastic Lecture and Concert featuring Patti Labelle, Rosie Perez, JoJo, Espinoza Paz, Jencarlos Canela, B-Flow and Harry Belafonte.

I had such a good time overall and so did everybody else in which I will Never Forget!

I personally want to thank everybody involved including the AHF and the Dolby Theatre for putting on such a Fantastic March and Evening Performance.

The Metropolitan Community Church Has The Best Thanksgiving Day Celebration In The World!

Back on Thursday, November 24th, 2016, I attended my 2nd Annual Thanksgiving Day Celebration and boy was it a Very Nice Event!

It was held again at The Triangle Center which is a Low Income Senior Citizens Building located right in Hollywood.

During my visit, I was volunteering as well by helping to set up and pass out meals, etc.

I just want to say to everyone, including Mr. Phillip Dalton who personally invited me down there....A Big Thank You for all of your participation and for allowing ME to take part in this Once A Year Celebration and for the church, I believe this is their 9th Year Of Hosting It At The Triangle.
