Both the van and service was great and without issues. The guy at the rental was a bit too nosy in his questioning.
I think the extra kilometers price is way too high. Even with prepayment, it's equivalent to the fuel cost that one must pay anyway.

Delivery was on time, the fastest option available. The courier didn't make a proper effort to figure out the intercom and rang the wrong apartment. In the end I had to go down to fetch my package. A small issue but could be better.

I ordered my delivery into a pakkeshop that is really close to me. I got a message from PostNord that "unfortunately" my package was delivered somewhere else. First off, it's not bad luck, it's a mistake. I was thinking, "well, try again then", but there was no way to ask them to do what I originally asked for. If you make a mistake, you are supposed to try to make it right it. Poor service.

I reported an issue with topups to customer support. To begin with, phone and chat options are disabled, and emails didn't work from the app, only the website. The support agent was polite but only gave template answers, and didn't seem to actually care about what I was trying to report. Through my insistence and many email exchanges, a discrepancy was discovered and I think it was escalated, but I have no proof of this.

My package was delivered to the wrong location.

My package was dropped off at location not too close to the requested address. Post Danmark will deliver to my location for a lower price (to a business address), that would save me the hassle of picking the package up.

I chose a package deal from the website which was showing inaccurate stock information. Because of that, I've missed the summer promotion programme from Asus with a potential rebate of EUR 100. Other than that, everything went very smooth.

Since my discovery of the secondary market for games, I have purchased a number of different sites for games. At Instant Gaming, I never had any major problem with any item I have bought. No hidden fees or rip-offs, or shady dealings. I had a Steam activation code once, that didn't work, but they have replaced it for me after I have reported it. There was also a slight nuisance with repeated requests for photo identification, but that was sorted out quickly. Overall, a trustworthy merchant with solid service. Good recommendations from my part.
