Avoid buying anything from Erisin

Avoid buying anything from Erisin. I purchased an android head unit from them which was functional for a few months, then just stopped working. Support was helpful to start with but that soon changed. They offered me a partial refund which I accepted, but still haven't paid it. Three months later when I message them I'm told it's been more than a year...even though I reported the issue after 9 months. Low quality products with lower quality customer service. Don't waste your money here

I was a Plutus customer for a few years..…

I was a Plutus customer for a few years and unfortunately what was once a developing and exciting project has descended into farce! The cashback you once received is no longer cashback, but rewards you no must not think about using...if you do they'll put you on the naughty step and restrict your account. Terms and conditions seem to change weekly, become more and more restrictive. Just look at all the other reviews here...and don't think your experience will be any better because it won't!

Just to clarify following the comment from Plutus, until recently the cashback rewards were always referred to as cashback. Not pointless, worthless in app only reward tokens which allow you to purchase niche gift cards...which require an additional cash payment of £8 per £10 gift card....plus one of the rapidly devaluing PLU tokens! It's a little painful seeing the demise of this company...check out the numerous posts on Reddit to get a true picture of what is actually happening!

Review of Merlin Annual Pass

Good, unless you are disabled...

The passes are good value and if you are a regular visitor to theme parks are a great purchase.....provided you don't need to use the Ride Access Facilities.

We have purchased passes for the last 4 years, but following the changes to the ride access scheme, simply can't visit the attractions any further (although we desperately want to).

For those who are unaware, if you are unable to queue for anlong period of time there is a virtual queuing system which allows you to do your queuing somewhere other than the queue line.

Merlin have recently capped the number of disabled guests they want in an attraction on any one day and require you to pre book. That principle is fine...except there is no availability to book any of the major attractions for the next three months at weekends or during school holidays.

Merlin make a bit thing about accessibility and I think are very well intentioned in this area, but just look at the number of similar reviews on here which show the same experience.

Excellent service rebooking flights

I booked some flight tickets via Crystal Travel, but unfortunately our return flight was cancelled by the airline. Christy was really helpful and efficiently got us rescheduled on to another flight. No waiting time on the phone and excellent customer service - many thanks!

No longer operating in Surrey

Despite booking online, paying and confirming a fitting date, no one turned up to fit my tyre.

On calling them, etyres apparently no longer operate in my area (I live inside the M25!). Having used etyres on numerous occasions before it's a shame they are winding down their business and not interested in helping customers they have let down.

Disappointing that not only did I have to call them to find out they couldn't provide the service they said, but they weren't interested in finding a solution.

My previous experience had been excellent, but looking at recent reviews I'm not alone in having an extremely poor experience.

Had some difficulties with collection but Kate on the live chat was really helpful getting it sorted out. Very good service, especially considering it was 22:30 in the evening!
