Terrible terrible service

Terrible terrible service. Rude and unhelpful staff making customers jump through hoops but always insisting the customer hasn't dome it right. Meanwhile they hold on to your money while their Compliance Team decide whether or not to accept proof of address. I dont think they understand that ordinary people don't have access to computers and even if they did they aren't skilled enough to perform certsin tasks.

Fibresnest monopoly and equipment.

I dislike the fact that Fibrenest has a monopoly on broadband provision on this housing estate. I had to cancel my BT contract and switch to Fibresnest even though BT was cheaper and better. This cost me to end my BT contract early. I now have broadband but no tv package. Also the Fibrenest installation in my new home is a mess and I'll need to buy a piece of furniture to hide it.

I am sorry to read that you had to cancel your old account, but this might have been the case might have been the case moving to any new development where it is likely that there will only be one provider to start off. Great holiday to Benidorm with Jet2

Great holiday to Benidorm with Jet2. Stayed in the fabulous Hotel Presidente. Food excellent. Hotel spotless. Brilliant room with lots of storage and comfortable twin beds. Pool and poolside first class. Staff friendly and helpful. Brilliant location close to bars, nightclubs, shops, restaurants and beach. If you're going to Benidorm go with Jet2 and choose Hotel Ptesidente.
