They are very behind customer support and their automated email states it may be SEVERAL WEEKS for a response which in my case, will not fix the issue of me being assigned 2 accounts and now I can’t earn credit for my steps. Cashing out is encouraged with the first couple of dollars earned but not practical until at least $5 (5000 coins) earned. Some games have ridiculous goals for minuscule rewards. Cashing out for an Apple Card is an easy process though. Would like to explore the whole site but at this point, I’m just frustrated. Copper is better. This is better than Benjamin and others.

EDIT UPDATE: Will amend from 1 star to 4 stars due to ultimate response to my inquiry. MyIQ responded quickly to this complaint (albeit, not to my initial refund request through their support link). I WAS refunded.So I would say, keep an eye on your trial period or better yet, don’t get involved unless you want to take advantage of the full offerings of the site as an ongoing amusement site. There is a lot there, just nothing I’m interested in pursuing.

Fun test, who knows how accurate ? But beware the trial period. If you provide a payment form, you will be charged even if cancelled. You can complain but you’ll get a sorry nothing can be done but at least you get a whole paid subscription message. Garbage . Don’t do it.

After a couple of orders (t shirts, pants) for my husband, I can say that we’re completely satisfied by the quality, fit, consistency with item descriptions and prices for the clothes. Even joined the rewards club because I know I’ll be buying him more stuff throughout the year. He’s happy too !

It’s cute! It’s soft! It’s a vibrant bright pink! Very warm and comfy. Only thing I didn’t notice in the pictures was the high side slits. Definitely need to wear something underneath.

The product seems good. I contacted customer service about an exchange and they were helpful, even stating I should keep the original pair until I confirmed the new size fit. I am now evaluating the replacement pair. They are equally well constructed and comfortable. They seem more than a half size larger than the previous so I’m still not sure what to do. I have had plantar fasciitis in the past and I suffer from post-chemo neuropathy in both feet which makes prolonged standing and walking difficult. If I can find the right size in this brand, I believe they’re going to be great. I recommend this product if purchased at a discount but not at the website listed price of over $300. Customer service, should you need it, is excellent.

This is a very decent cue for the price. It arrived astonishingly fast, well packed and with the bonus tip shaper. It took a few uses to get used to but it improved my break so I’m happy.

Great communication at every step, fair value assessment, rapid payment. What else could you want? Have already recommended to others.

I never thought this would be a type of service I could use but I was wrong! There are enough options that even finicky people (or those with rosacea and sensitive skin like I do) can find eye opening products. And the video tips for using the products really come in handy and have improved the way I do my face right from the start. A warning though: at the beginning, you may get really excited about all the add-ons and specials available to ship in addition to your monthly sample and order a bunch of stuff you don't really need. That's when it's good to have a friend to share the stuff with. The consumer reviews are helpful, especially if you sort from worst to best. You need never feel bad giving a less than glowing review. And the points you accumulate from reviews, purchases, etc add up faster than you'd think, which gives you discounts faster than you'd believe. Really cool concept well implemented.
