Beautiful rugs, very poor customer service

The rugs are beautiful and high quality for sure. Unfortunately, their customer service is not. We ordered a rug in mid November (Order # JR18063). In December, they sent us an email with the picture of the rug. Unfortuantely, it was much lighter than the picture on the website and did not suit our decor. We requested that the order be cancelled and a refund issued. That was 2 weeks ago. We have contacted them twice since and no reply, no cancelation confirmation, and no refund.

UPDATE: Thank you for the prompt response and action. It is frustrating that it took this review to get your company’s attention. If the refund had been processed when we first asked for it 2 weeks ago, this review would have been rated much higher. I would not have hesitated to try to order from your company again, but after this experience, I’m honestly not sure.

It took a lot to get Tikamoon to repond to my inquiry

UPDATE: The armoire was just delivered. It is beautiful and looks to be of very high quality, so I am pleased, The delay was due to the shipping company but I am also sad at the initial lack of response to my multiple emails to Tikamoon. It took my initial review here to get them to respond. I might buy again, but with a lot of caution. INITIAL REVIEW: We ordered an armoire 3 weeks ago to be delivered to Portugal - It still has not arrived, even though they said it would be there in 7 days. They emailed me a link to follow the shipment - it didn’t work. I tried to call the phone numbers on their website - I got recordings saying the number was not available. I emailed them 11 days ago - received a comfirmation (00857527), to which they said they would respond in 3 days. They haven’t responded. I trust that it’s a legit company, but there is no customer service or follow-up once it leaves their warehouse. I would think twice about buying from them if you are in an EU country outside of France.

You can trust Fitness Digital

Great prices, easy to order, excellent customer service (I was able to talk to someone who spoke English) and communication throughout the process. I opted to pay extra to have someone come in and install, and he was on time, efficient, and even made sure to clean up after.

A no-brainer!

I used a different practice management software when I was part of a group practice. When I went solo, I tested a few out and Simple Practice was the easiest to use and priced less than the competitors, with more features! I really appreciate how easy it is to integrate invoices and payment when in my calendar - I don't have to close one function and open another. Using Stripe to process my client's credit card copays is so easy. The brief, instructive video tutorials were so helpful when I first set up my practice, and even now when I have a question. My client's love the text reminders and I love that they are free. I do wish the progress notes would auto-populate information like medications and treatment objectives from one visit to the next, but I trust they will be including this as a feature in a future version. Otherwise, it makes my practice life easy for me and for my clients. Thanks!
